No special effects, no super heroes. Just an excellent cast with a superb story and a genuine concert pianist in his only film. Sheer joy. ❤❤❤
When stories had a decent plot and enjoyable to watch 👍👍

This picture was wonderful !! I had never seen it before but I'll watch it again! This story, and dozens like this, proves that being blood related doesn't always make you family, but love, respect, and caring do.
Bravoooo, now I do love watching old films
Adolphe Menjou is always a delight to watch; so many fun movies from the late 30s through the mid 40s.
This movie was made in the year I was born in Gary Indiana in February. Love this era of movies. Thank You ❤️🥰

Always!
How friendly a movie could be in the past. No guns, no shooting around but a peaceful good story.
A great story snd great acting from all the cast One of my favourite oldies.
The actor playing the part of Bill Cotter was Clayton Moore. He would later become famous for playing the Lone Ranger.
What an enjoyable, heart lifting, uplifting movie, what’s going on today, It’s great to escape and enjoy a beautiful sentiment!❤
Just starting to watch. My kind of movie. The background static is annoying but I’ll watch it due to the great comments. Thank u.
Looks great. Thanks
A good and interesting story, well written and acted; without the annoying-moralizing or melodramatics. …I enjoyed all of the Characters, and their portrayals! Real-Love is priceless! Thanks!!
Another charming film! Made in exquisite taste…. Such a refreshing movie compared to all the garbage made today

I'm glad I decided to watch this lovely movie. Thank you.
Simply amazing!
What a beautiful rental for $400/month. I love the way they all pooled their money when they were used to paying $35/mo. Reminds me of summer vacations renting an 8 bedroom oceanfront McMansion with pool with 8 couples and how much cheaper it was than the cost of a hotel. Great plot.
Great movie .Thank you
A fun and lighthearted film.
I've been in love with Gail Russell since Angel and The Bad Man Enjoyed this movie too
Great movie
💚🙏😇🙏💚 Eugene List (July 6, 1918 - March 1, 1985) was an American concert pianist and teacher. 💚🙏😇🙏💚

Similar plot lines but different writers. Bachelor's Daughters was written by Andrew Stone. (He was the director and producer too) How To Marry A Millionaire was written by Nunally Johnson.
