Found it!!! “Time for love” for some reason I thought Change made this and “On the Beat”. Just these two joints alone make this a classic album✊🏾✊🏾

"On The Beat" & "Starlette", are my favorite songs that I always remember and listen to a lot

At the early of the 80's, BB&Q band and CHANGE records were made by pure europeans particularly Italian musicians session and the great composer/conducter/arranger Mauro Malavasi. Recorded in Bologna.

I heard "On the Beat" in Phoenix in July-August 1981, while on summer break from Carl Hayden High School in Phoenix as a 15-year old. I heard this on 1060 KKKQ (KQ). Wow, 42 years later, I finally give the rest of the album a listen. glad I stopped by at the age of 57.
Great album and disco rules of course!
