I know this might be off topic but since this video is "technically " different from the usual sunbreak uploads I want to rant a little about both games, I think both Rise and World complement each other, there are some things IB foes better than SB for example the "feeling" of the weapons is just better, you can feel the weigh in IB but they feel lighter in SB, (wich I dont like) but overall I think that the most important thing is the combat, I couldn't care less for the graphics or the "living breathing world" I like the more fast paced combat in rise, but sometimes I think IB savage axe is the best cb since 4u, but the one thing I just can't come back to in World is the absolutely stupid monster AI, the amount of roars is insane every time a monster appears is a roar festival and they team up against you while in sunbreak they just get in a little fight and go separate ways Immediately (also kulve and Safi are not a pleasing solo experience, they were made with multi-player in mind and it shows)

i pretty much have the exact same opinion. The feel of worlds weapons and enviroment is better it feels like a "world", but the combat in rise is undeniably fantastic and doesn't deserve remotely as much hate as it gets (because it definetely gets the hate from being compared to world specifically, despite them being very different games AS THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE)

@Pyrac exactly, Rise is a nintendo switch game it obviously has limitations but even then I think the pc port is fantastic, anyways I'm glad someone else shares this point of view

one of my weird issues with rise are the inflated numbers, after the 10th 3000+ strong arm counter the whole "GS does big dmg" feels like nothing, while in world everytime i do 1000+ it looks and feels as big as it should be cant say rise is bad because i find myself going back to it from time to time (love the monster variety) but the "game feel" just isnt as good as world

Me personally I'm a rise enjoyer but I'm getting this amazing game because of you. What are recommendations for weapons in this installment?
