Why they couldn't have put these written instructions into the manual? The picture only manual doesn't show how to use the wall cups and tighten the side by the gate opening very well. I was totally confused until I saw this, which makes it look super easy. Also, Munchkin, please put a link to this video (and the one about extensions) on your website - I had to do a google search to find this because the only video on your site was one for product info.

Mine came without instructions from Target. And, this video doesn't show you the strange piece of plastic (different from the other models) that keeps the gate from being able to swing. Anyone know of a better video or where online instructions might be?
