That was the best and most complete explanation of the consent decree ive ever seem... i mean of course it is because it was made by honda, funny i dont remember Barbara walters saying that after years of investigation there wasnt a flaw found in the 3 wheeled atv design... i just yesterday saw some brochures with that clear age adjustment sticker on them

Haha that brings back memories, when I was 14 my Dad bought me and him 2 identical 400 Kodiak’s in 93’ the dealer let me ride mine around out back before we loaded them up without a helmet and with no complaints.
