macbook pro speakers are nothing certified yet the best on any laptop, certifications mean nothing and the speakers on this laptop are good but not exceptionally good like force cancelling woofers, 4,6 speakers

See ik you're right and i agree with you But someone like us students or a working class person needs a laptop to do assignments, projects , basically anything and everything , so we really need the portability and dont want to spend a fortune So we go for laptops that are 600$ or 500$ Those who go lower than 600 get a thin and light and play like esport titles thats it but for like 600 you can get a laptop with a gtx 1650 so you can play everything at mid to low settings on decent fps which is very worth it for us

Well, I don’t think it’s worth getting a laptop with 8gb of ram if you are not upgrading the ram.

I play games like gta 5 (30-40 fps) , just cause 3(30-40fps), valorant (120-140fps) on my asus vivobook 15 (i3 12th gen 16/512 ssd)

Yes. I have it and it runs cyberpunk on ultra settings with ray tracing medium smoothly. I'm shocked myself how it can run it.

@@harutophyoe If you are doing usual stuff, the battery can last more than 5 hours if 100% charged. I have set the battery mode to max lifespan and it charges only till 60%. It lasts 2-3 hours if doing usual stuff. During gaming I don't know how to give proper conclusion about battery because I don't play light games. I play very heavy duty games like cyberpunk and battery drain real quick during that. I have never tried playing games with full battery charged to 100% but the battery backup for these heavy duty games are poor even for best laptops out there. I bet not one laptop can last more than 3hrs. The fan noise is not loud. And during heavy function too it's not loud. But if you set your fans to performance mode (fans never automatically go into performance mode and start making noise) then it does make noise. But less than those gaming laptops my friends have. But it is loud. There is also whisper mode where you can't hear anything. Whisper mode can run games like gta5 but not cyberpunk. The normal standard fan mode can run everything, no need to switch to performance mode. The laptop only heats up while playing cyberpunk and it heats up A LOT! But it just doesn't heat up during other activities including playing gta5. The temps have never gone above 86°C of cpu, which is good cause all laptop reach till 90° and it's normal. It shouldn't go above that. Recently my battery was draining to 0 in like 1½-2 hours when my device was charged till 60%. I thought maybe this was fault of laptop and the battery has degraded in 1 year of use. But I realised that in power mode(in setting, not on asus app) I had set battery to performance mode. Idk how I did it but it was set to that. I changed to balanced mode and battery life is good now like always.

i'm thinking to buy an asus vivobook pro 15 oled with a ryzen 7 4800 h and a gtx 1650 can someone tell me about the temp because the majority of asus laptop go easily to 90˚C !!!

Can I ask if this is a great laptop for programming or coding??

Thank God I only play classic strategy games!

I bought this laptop, had to return it because the oled screen was flickering. I will never buy oled again - turns out its a problem all the oleds that use PMW.

I got a similar laptop to this, i think the non OLED version of this laptop.. it can actually run a lot of games at 60fps on lowest settings, its got a pretty decent iGPU!

I recommend the bigger edition of Vivobook I mean the Pro 15 with R5 5600H and RTX 3050 Ti with 16gb of ram 512GB Nvme M.2 ssd. i bought for 840$ so i guess it's good for gaming/programming

I got this laptop (Well a similar one) and im using it right now. I couldnt down;oad certain apps so i had to download an app to put a phone into the computer so i could download games that i couldnt normally get. the quality is AMAZING, the speakers could be better

Not recommended. Getting hot pretty fast and pre hot compared to my previous laptops. Besides, with its default window 11, the laptop isn’t stable at all. Now, it’s got blue screen problems after automatic updates and I cant freaking choose any options on the screen to make it work.

This is very dependent on the version of the Vivobook 15 you own. I was able to play through BG3 on mine. It has an RTX 3050. The RAM has been an annoyance when trying to emulate Switch games but otherwise is a non-issue, I would go for a 16GB RAM laptop if you don't plan to switch yours within a year at most though (THE VIVOBOOK RAM CANNOT BE UPGRADED, IT IS SOLDERED INTO THE MOTHERBOARD), because developers are becoming lazy and releasing unoptimized games; Starfield is unplayable with 8GB RAM.

buddy 8gb of ram was subpar 4 years ago. its crappy now. 16gb has been standard for years. 32gb if becoming normal now. some of its optimisation, some of it is to have a better looking more complex game, you need more resources.

This version not really best at gaming but the vivo book 15 pro can. They have rtx4060 pair with ryzen.

Yo never ever play games on battery it won't last for long hardly 30 mins and that too a high graphics demanding game like genshin impact can impact your battery so make sure whatever game you play , you play it plugged in to the charger

@@jyothilakshmik2699 it's pretty good (16gb ram + 512gb Storage) There are higher Storage and better Spec versions of it like one with a 3080 and i7, but buy the one where the alphabet at the end the of the processor name is H(i5 12500 *h*) H is gaming power and gives enough for everything else

For gaming just use desktop and don’t ever play with speaker nooo! If you playing a competitive game use headphone otherwise you will be a nuisance to your teammate
