Let's face the facts and the root cause of Bayer dire quagmire position ! Bayer's decision to buy Monsanto was a thoughtless and reckless decision that led to an ever spirally downward trend !

When Bayer was buying Monsanto it was already having lawsuits, I just didn’t get why they bought them with the issues they had. But of course IP rules everything but look now where Monsanto put them.

Just another example that people making big decisions (bankers, CEOs, politicians) are no better at guessing the future than astrologists, tarot cards readers, economists and average person.

Why do I not feel bad about Bayer acquiring Monsanto? It also appears that the next 5d chess move by a german industry giant would be BASF moving to China as literally everyone else tries to flee it.

Take a look at the desolate state of German economy ! Germany used to have significant economic advantage : its technologies and know how ! NO MORE ! The German CEOs have given away the German economic advantages in exchange for short term profits! I am totally flabbergasted by the lack of vision by the German CEOs and the German politicians !
