i like to imagine these take place in the same universe as erins babblebrook series because the thought of a weird fantasy merchant who is Just Some Guy is very funny to me

I got it The roleplay is: Easily distracted, attempting trendy, now single dad, who is an aspiring asmrist and shopaholic packs your school bag but gets distracted with items he can buy. Trying to validate his shopping obsession, he attempts to convince us to want the items he wants. Thinking it’s trendy, he shaves our eyebrows. He then gets distracted as his friend (Gabe) should be working at the store. Trying to create dramatic tension, he tells us that Gabe is dead. We start to worry and he quickly regrets his decision, telling us the truth. He then again gets distracted by a travel salesperson and books a trip to Puerto Rico

i like how it’s specifically “ asmr where you don’t know what roleplay it is “ rather than “ asmr roleplay with no theme “ implying that there is an overarching theme between all these videos that we just aren’t big brain enough to find out

genuinely love these where you dont know what roleplay it is videos because sometimes when im trying to sleep i get too focused on what people are saying in asmr videos and cant just tune out and relax, so when i am awake these are so funny but when im trying to sleep its nice nonsensical good noises

Marino's mentioned our ability to summon rain so many times now I'm convinced I'm a water bender

i use to do this to older videos so ima do it again for the fun of it! making sense of a nonsensical roleplay: It’s you’re first day of school and the local shop keeper is helping you out, like every day he checks to see if your magical power has come in yet, it has not. He then sells you a back to school bag but first tests how sleepy you are to make sure you got a good nights rest. Its a big day afterall. He decides to show you some of the new stock he’s gotten in recently. He gives you some extra life and is proud to here you’re power, rain summoning did come in! on the house he shaves you’re eyebrows because fashion as well as talks you though his gaming section. you ask about Gabe his other employee, he is MIA. Instead of going to school the keeper sells you on a vacation package. while you’re away he will be doing a office renovation aswell as testing a new personal assistant service so he jots down some things he can grab for you. wishing you a merry trip he says goodbyw

this reminds me of that mind state before falling asleep where your mind is just going random directions with no real direction, really well done i like this!

I think what makes Marno’s videos so great is that he’s so natural and comfortable with everything he does. Like yes sir I will take extra lives for a one hundred couples you convinced me 🙌🏻

I absolutely adore this series, it's existence is the reason I subscribed to Marno in the first place (of course I fell in love with his other stuff later) and also the first asmr that made me laugh ❤️ I'm going through a rough time, so I feel very grateful to be able to watch this video

Ok I have the story: Your In some weird Harry potter game and and your dad, who is a eye doctor and recently divorced your mom, packs your bags the night before school. But then the dad starts to go insane from the grief from the divorce and think he's a shopkeeper. He then thinks its the weekend and trys to get you to go to Puerto rico. He starts thinking about Gabe for no reason and goes back to being a shopkeeper. After these events your dad seems help and after a little therapy he's all better

As much as I love Gabe and party, it was SO nice to get a classic Marno video in this format. Love it! Thanks for all the tingles.
