Why is everyone hating on evade entender and window? They're apart of the game its not like he's cheating. Plus they're great teachers of evading. And any doesn't world have lower i-frames than older games? I swear people who trash others for using evade window and extend are the same people who'll say "git gud bro" or "just don't get hit-a-los bro". Well buddy I in fact am not getting hit as much as you thanks to my evasion skills.

Another switch axe main here. Didn’t even know you can combo like that. Still learning even after 600 hours. Thanks for the lesson!

Kinda frustrating scrolling youtube and people describing switchaxe as simple, explosions, go into swords mode and boom. Having mained it since tri, its really refreshing to see someone dancing with it and there are some really sexy moments here, nicely done video!

yeah and charge blade is simple - charge shield, charge sword, explosions.

Wow you played that really well. Super measured and calculated the way i see it. Compared to other footage i have watched on the internet you just look super clean. I love it!

Those were some lovely morphers. Swaxe is so beautiful once you learn how to incorporate the morph moves into your repositioning.

Oh I read it as World (before iceborne) I just forget that the game is referred to as World. Like rise or generations.

Amazing montage, you reminded me to use more axe moves, cause i use axe only to move, morph atkk and power axe; for the alatreon i suggest you to zsd the head in escaton if never tried ;) and morph attk when he is casting linear thunders. And it was a pleasure to see all these moves 😊

So my first love will always be the CB but the SA definitely made its way into my top 5. I just with it had a guard or counter move like GS or LS

it looks like the set has evade extender, and peak performance/quick sheath with the velkh greaves y+. i do wonder whats the whole set's skillset though...

​@@grubbyarmadillo9863im not a switch axe user but i do know it has a slow sheath animation (like charge blade) and so you would want to have a faster sheath to quickly repos. (if the monster dashed far away) or quickly heal out of a fatal blow. so id say it is important

i am a longsword user but swtich axe is the coolest wepon in the game

beautiful, just beautiful. I did wonder, are you not a fan of the double overhead axe combo to increase the exhaust dmg? i love that move even against fatalis

I tend to stay in sword form and primarily use axe for the mobility or small openings, so I normally focus more on building Amped state rather than using Power Axe.

Def don’t use wild morph that often. Gotta take advantage saw a couple 500s in there

It's a bit committal so it can be tough to use at first, but you should get it down with some practice. The 2nd hit of the morph sweep combo is switch axe's strongest move when it crits (stronger than the ZSD finisher, since that move can't crit) so definitely try to take advantage!

What switchaxe is that glam? Is it a modded design?

@@janyozenith4331 once you do it it will be hard to go back. Not only does it make the game easier but it makes it more fun, like a monkey off your back and you’ll be given the opportunity to do more with the weapon

second time ive seen "expert" nergigante hunts where nergigante just magically chooses to attack away from the person..
