She had so many great ideas. She really was next level as far as performers go. So much so that I don't believe an of her contemporaries or those who came after her could approach her level of sophistication when it came to understanding what she talks about creating the mysticism and atmosphere that makes theatre work. She was able to create a credible believable character out of some pretty bad story lines where others might sing well but act ludicrously. This insight was her's alone and she found it I believe through the truth of the music and her identification with it.

Callas was a fascinating interviewee. She exuded authority, great artistic insight and incredible magnetism. No doubt she was the supreme diva (in the best sense of the term) of the 20th Century. Controversial and temperamental NO DOUBT! however few operatic first ladies portrayed tragic romantic roles (Vissi d'arte) with such honesty, commitment and intensity as Callas; a facet of her art which certainly galvanised, moved and excited audiences.

What I love about Maria Callas is that she digs in life's concepts looking for passion , she is never satisfied with only one formula or with one style . And if you think about it in a CERTAIN WAY you'll feel that she is right , because sometimes after you reach your aim , or lets just say "your success" you ask yourself : " Is this actually a success or should I dig for more ? " Because the moment you reach this destination there is no challenge or struggling , there is only the part of enjoying the success ( I am not generalizing , I am specifying definite situations ) How do you feel about this perspective ? Do you agree with me ?

I'm not sure of how tall she was, if at all she was tall. But if she was, she would have made a great model she has so much expression in her face too. She was an elegant beauty

She was 5’-9” tall, so yes, she could have been a model, but thank God she actually used her singing talent instead.

This beautiful Woman of God is an Eastern Orthodox Christian who cherishes her worship as a reason to how she progressed herself into the Opera so effortlessly. SHE WAS DIVINE!!! The voice came from an early foundation in Christ. Ahmennn Aleluia Glory be to God

I have just finished watching the french interview . The language and culture seams to change her quite a bit. French softens her, whereas English makes her look more masculine. Different energy she adopts.

One of those lifetimes talents that loved her craft all around, shame they casted the wrong actress to depict this star on the forthcoming movie, a tragedy
