This is so true! I love fine dining. I've never served. Watching the smiles and joy of employees goes a long way. I go out to enjoy my evening and being around happy people makes it so much better. Makes me feel good to support an establishment that treats their employees well.

Omg yes! That’s been my complaint for years! It’s always managed to mess things up.

I truly loved this video, makes me think about the notes that we get from our guests saying they are pleased with our service and they recall how do they feel during that service experience. Being recognized for that is just amazing!
