Got them on gumroad some time back. His work in the Zootropolis art of book is also just out of this world.

I've got his Simon Steel Pigeon sketchbook, awesome to get a glimpse into his others! Really wonderful stuff

He's back at Disney as of Feb. 2021. He's a production designer now.

Interesting! I heard Netflix animation was in a weird place, just listening to the ole' rumor mill.

18:05 it's really hard to capture that kind of color, it's one thing to make a really dark scene with a strong light that draws attention to something in particular, you just give full color to what the light touches and leave the rest in different shades of blue. but to make a scene that's suppose to be fully dark and yet yellow looks yellow, and green looks green, now that's tricky! or he was just using a photo reference.
