I took this photo at Defy Boulangerie & Patisserie, located about 10 minutes on foot from Chiba Station. This bakery and sweets store is run by a husband who is a baker and his wife who is a pastry chef. The cute cakes made by the wife, who loves baking cakes, are well known, and just looking at them, such as the "strawberry castle cake" and the "cloud cake," makes you excited. The process is very time-consuming, starting with the preparation of the many baked goods and ingredients that make up the parts. While I was photographing the process, I felt that they really love baking cakes and want to make their customers happy. We were allowed to eat in the store, and my feelings were most excited by the cakes that were brought to me on glass trays! I enjoyed the variety of flavors and it was so full. Thank you for the cake, which was made with love for the people who ate it.
