I think it's in tribute to the victims of the Sewol Ferry and the other kpop ladies we lost last year. I think the song was releases within 2 days of the 1 year anniversary. You know the parents sending those poor children off on a school trip never to see them again. God I can't even imagine and I pray for all of their families. The Ark are managed by Tiger JK and Yoon Mirae's label. They released dance covers of BTS Boy In Luv and EXO's Mama before this. The public expected a awesome dance/rap/tomboy group and they got this amazingness.

Unfortunately, the message of this MV is not to appreciate your mother or something like. The mother in the MV bought a new purple backpack, which her daughter wanted to buy when her daughter was still alive but didn't have, and packed a lunch and brought it to a seawall. You know, this is a true story that happened last year. The reason why this MV doesn't show the daughter's death after the accident is because the mother doesn't get back her daughter's body yet. The total number of the victims is 295 (246 are students and the most of the rest are adults), 9 people are still missing including 4 students and 1 kid). The accident in the MV occurred in a school-trip bus while the real story did in a ferry, called Sewol. So the mother brought the lunch to a seawall for her daughter who is still in the cold and deep sea.

네. 음악을 들으니 실력도 있는 그룹같은데, 전 뮤비도 엊그제 처음 보고 이 그룹을 알았네요. 해체됬다는 말이 있던데, 이 뮤비로 어떤 압박이 작용된것 아닌가 생각됩니다.

The ferry load 1200 tons of more stuff than the ship's limit, and 400 tons of construction material was for building naval fortress of Jeju. The ship was managed by NIS, and every cargo into the ship recorded in CCTV, but NOBODY stop to load. Literally, the kids has been murdered by government, and the president was missing during the time of 7 hours at the day of tragedy, although she have responsibility to command the rescue in this kind of mass disaster, by the law. (Article 318 of Presidential Order) Everybody Lied, and everybody said they do not have responsibility, and government delay to pickup the ship, out from the sea, because if they find the dead body in the ship, it would be turned to be a political risk of Park's regime; this truth was written in the memorandum of former Blue House secretary. It is why the Korean people still crying, and hold the candle for the impeachment of Park. We do it, not only for our country's future, but also for 304 kids they murdered by government. So, I'm very appreciate to you, people who cry for them, and pray for them and us.
