One of my favorite PvP builds is a dex build with bow and pots. Run 80 dex, 60 vigor, and everything else into endurance. Talismans are arrow sting, companion jar, then could run extra life, BG, or extra damage with lightning scorpion. Put on the jar helmet as well. The build is played very aggressively with your mixups being throw pot, drop roped pot, spark aromatic, and jump/running bow shots. Highly recommend it. Extremely fun to play.

Yo Gigas I did some testing with a friend and a fully charged Oh flame true combos into both repeating thrust and blood tax. Uncharged I dont believe it works tho. I think Carian great sword worked as well which makes sense since oh flame is basically a buffed catch flame and greatsword is a buffed slicer. Piercer may have worked as well but not positive I tested the day the new patch dropped so its been a bit. I did a blood flamberge and it popped bleed and killed damn near every time the combo landed.

I wouldn’t call myself a pro player, but I absolutely try my best to try different things and have fun while doing it! Just know that trying other things might help you develop different skill sets that might help you get better in a long run if you use something that is actually strong!

I would say it’s more that if a bunch of people comment about the torch on every vid it’s good for engagement. Like if I was him I’d probably never do it so I would get more comments. Then once DLC is going to drop do a huge video on it to get a lot of views going into a time of more content

This update made every weapon good and i love it. Sure certain weapons are better than others but those others can still win equal skill matchups with the better weapons if played to there strengths. Except dual greatsword. Its complete ass :( Also colossals are bit to slow to trade with. However can be good on good aggression reads. Kinda like smash melee. The meta is really close to the not meta.
