Interesting. I had an OBE when I was on salvia. I remember leaving my body and seen my physical self "sleeping", I left my home and I explored the cosmos. I met a godlike entity, he was radiating a powerful golden aura and I had a sense this humanoid was superior and highly intelligent. I asked him something and he gave me a straight up answer (I dont remember what it was), and I was sent back to my body and that's when I woke up from my trip.

there are many ways how to OBE , you can recall on the memory of when you was a child and try to get that feeling back , if it doesnt work you need to relax quite your mind think about noting if you cant think about noting move a finger and think only about your finger moving , then focus on your breath think only on your breath , in out in out , after few min go inside your body with your mind and move around when you have control of that start moving faster then when you decide to jump out of your body run up your neck and out of the top of your head and wala you are out , it takes practice and you have to believe 100% if you have a small doubt it wont work , once you are out stay in the room for a while to adapt you will be able to see your body and everything as if you are still in your body , after few times that you do that then go out the house , you can walk fly or if you want to go a distant place you know you can visualize the place and you will teleport to that place , you can leave the planet you can interact with others you can do anything that comes to your mind , important things to remember : if you do it very often your soul will start enjoying the freedom and it mite happen that it wont go back inside your body for a while , it happened to me once when i was experimenting , i had to wait few hours but then it came to my mind to give direct commands so i pushed my self back in , an other thing , if you do bad things negative thing just for fun it will come back to haunt you in the body life , so be good be righteous and use this power for greater good , when you are out noting and no one can harm you or kill you , be careful dow because there are many entities that will try to lie to you that they are good and that they are your higher self etc , you will learn how to unmask these bad entities , i hope you manage to do it because if you do you will learn all truth of truths and you will be shocked for few seconds of how many lies we been fed especially from the good aliens we think are good ;) all i tell you about me jumping for more then 20 years is that im the guardian of our solar system for the last 6 years , i with few others like me brought back the cosmic law again , so no matter how many videos you watch about this and that , the truth is only out there , you will be welcomed to join the fight to free earth we need more free souls , if you want to know more email me on etiennebanis@hotmail.com i will pass all the info you need and answer all your questions , for free , take care bro ;) are you from italy ? i am from malta ;)

It's not that were actually trapped. But if that's what you believe then in your reality it may be that way. But this is a test. To pass we must live in harmony not just with each other but all of nature as well. If you "die" before passing you must come back again. How ever you see it you have no choice but to come back until the test is passed.

Hi, your high heart means, love on an emotional value of acceptance being integrated into your mind and spirit. Love comes from Creators light bearing love energy that we have choice to accept , reject , or simply ignore. Acknowledgement of this energy, and acceptance of it creates a, so to speak, high heart.
