I think Aaron, Harpreet, Kathryn, Akeem and Stephanie would make it to the final five. Brittany and Nick might also have a chance in the final five. However I don’t think Akshay or Sophie would get to the final five as they will have a firing in the next few weeks.

It was classic for Amy trying to defend herself and look so innocent about it. She had demonstrated that she could manage a team but couldn’t sell, did not step up as a team leader, blamed Navid and Akshay in Week 3 and Alex and Stephanie in Week 4 and always got away with the boardroom. I think that if Alex had brought Amy into the boardroom and Amy would have been fired in Week 4.

Akshay does contribute in tasks. But he thinks he is a show boarder, he wants it all, wants to be seen to be the greatest. Akshay has to demonstrate that he is the greatest by achieving the results.

Apprentice and ITZY - never thought i'd see the two in the same video - you have great taste obviously!

At this point I just wonder why do they make these candidates go on missions they have no experience in, they don't even give them training on how to do travel tours. Like say I'm on the Apprentice, I want at least 4-5 days of travel tour experience or something. Not one week this one week that (could be wrong maybe they do get training but who knows) I'm not sure what the briefing is. Sometimes I think these tours do go very well, but they just cut out the good parts to get bad parts in, that adds for good telly at the end of the day.

I don't understand how whenever you get the Tours task on The Apprentice the candidates never realise that the people on the tour don't want to sit listening to boring information being reeled off... which is what they ALWAYS do. It's as if none of them have ever been on a tour before or put themselves in the shoes of someone on their tour. If I was doing the tour on the train and ran out of things to say I would have thrown in some history about the ancient Kings of Wales, how the Anglo-Saxons displaced the ancient Britons into these same hills, how for hundreds of years they resisted the Normans and how this gave Wales it's unique character today.

Yes on tours its best to either say nothing and let the scenery/ activity do the winning, or say exciting things like invasions which will want people to ask more.

Do tour guiding myself. Facts are great and you can even do grisly and death and Macabre but there is a knack to it. You have to do it light-hearted still and with humour people relate to a tour guide who actually does jokes and has humour. They are doing it as matter of fact and basically rolling off fact after fact which doesn't work. Tour guiding is about interpreting the facts into a story to give context and keep people interested and also show the audience how it is linked. This is why tour guiding is a very professional skill that is specialised or done by people with a passion.

This is one of the most entertaining years but I can't see Alan hiring any of these ppl 💀

i watch this show every thursday thinking "oh yeah thats gonna be on the btesco video this week"
