The Answer | Buddhist Nun Jeong Kwan’s Korean Temple Food and Life

We go through the day of Monk Jeongkwan as she answers questions to herself about why she cooks, why she became and buddhist Nun and tries to answer some of the deeper questions about life in her own way. The idea is to capture her philosophy as well as her whimsy as she meditates, cooks and spends her day.

Lovely to watch her. In your particular video, it was actually great to see her yelling and being stern with the people in the kitchen, it sort of humanizes her otherwise very gentle public persona. Which goes to say that we are always trying to strike that balance, there's no "I got there" in mindfulness. :-)

2:02 "But since i do not chase it and my mind is constant, DRY" would have been better translated as "But since i do not chase it and my mind is constant, COOL(not sticky, no lingering),"
