@@TimAldiss for breaks, no idea 🤷‍♂️ I just try and get myself in a trance while writing. during covid I starting making better productions at the cost of enjoying other music. I didn’t really pay attention to what was happening in dance music for a couple of years until just recently. I think that allowed me to focus on two things 1: melody and emotion. (Through frequency) 2: trance states and rhythm. It’s nice to approach music writing with a more scientific approach EG “how do I get em in a trance” & “how am I going to induce the emotional feeling behind it”
