What a amazing video friend.. excellent work. And it is sad that they are hiding and erasing our history. Thank you for capturing a part of it to preserve for us all. I believe many came over from areas across the world and believe it or not I often ponder if that king isn't King Solomon.

@@clintxxxracerx9435 The European Union has strict copy right laws, making it hard to use many songs on KZread. I love a lot of the older/cultural music originating in Europe and run into this issue a lot. The song is not controversial or anything like that, just strictly copy right issues. I should have clarified that more in the above post. I'm glad you like the song, I also find it very beautiful. I believe songs like this tap into our Ancestral Memories and that is why they are so moving. Just my 2 cents.

This video popped up in my algorithm. I have been searching through history and petroglyphs. I have noticed that the kings look like Mesopotamian kings. Pre-deluvian. Especially the head dresses. Also note that the Egyptians showed their gods like this. The horned headdress is also shown in cave drawings in Europe dating back 45,000 years, if I remember correctly. Thank you for the video.

Basinite, you just keep doing it over and over! That looks like the Terry Carter video of the Brewers Cave, Egyptian King. Had no idea there was a rock art sculpure of him. The music and moving petroglyphs stir deep blood and long lost memorys.

Thanks Rod, haven't heard from you in a long time and glad your surviving the Winter. Some people believe the King is Madoc the Explorer. Some people believe it to be one of the ancient figures from the Book of Mormon. Others believe it to be an postdiluvian King who travelled around to re-establish society and technology after the deluge. My brother believes it to be an ambassador of the Aztecs. I think one thing everyone agrees on is it isn't an Indian based on the style of the petroglyph and facial characteristics. All we know is 2,000 years this "King" visited the Uintah Basin. Another unsolved mystery to add to the list.

The snow was deep, I hiked through it for hours to get the shot's I wanted. I got really bad frost bite on both legs. This is my favorite petroglyph site. It is on private property, but the land owners still allow people to visit the petroglyphs. It's a very special place.

That Ranch is just as intriguing as Nine Mile Canyon! Been to each a few times. Also up in the Moon Lake area. Your imagination can run wild, with all there is to see in that part of the state! Great video!

Greetings, I to am (was) a "Basinite" hailing from Neola, Roosevelt and Myton. Your videos sure take me back, there's so much to be discovered out there. Growing up in the Basin there wasn't much else to do but explore. Thanks for the videos

It's always good to meet a fellow Basinite. The animations come from Heilung, which is a European Folk band who made the song. The song is called Krigsgaldr and is based on a poetic poem found on the Eggja Runestone. Beautiful stuff.

4:20 yes, exactly. Just like the Lake Winnemucca petroglyphs, dated to 12,000 years ago. That place and this one in your video and many more, should be UNESCO World Heritage Sites and then some! (I have a cool video of the Lake Winnemucca petroglyphs on my channel and an interview with Mrs. Munk, an 93 year old lady at Lovelock that tells us about the giants bones they found out there in northern Nevada.) I am a fan of your channel, live in Uintah county, and am in a Bible study group with your father I just found out. I have a theory involving the twins at McConckie Ranch which involves a relationship with a Maya tradition of twins who were beheaded in sacrifice. Very much like the images shown and with your reference around 5 min involving "headhunters from the south", could very well be them. Your father also told me you got a pretty bad case of frostbite on your feet in the making of this video, I hope you alright and doing better.

The Dineh Navajo Nations leading medicine man and storyteller knows 2k yrs of history of the area. He allowed the story to be told on VIDEO, but you'll never see it. What I can say is, it was a band of mesoamericans that came up and enslaved the local people, raided their food storages etc...They didn't mess with the Dineh much tho b/c there were so many. The largest Tribe at the time and made up of many diff. ppls from various tribes. Dineh called them Anasazi which means "those who are different or do things different than us" NOT the ancient enemy/enemy ancestor crap you always hear. Even the Navajo don't understand their own language and it's getting worse with each new generation. Elders are who you seek. The Navajo have been in the area for 2k yrs, despite what science is saying (came from alaska 800 yrs ago. The Archival films in D.C. said the Gobi Desert, so...outsiders constantly changing the story, but oral tradition always remains the same. Came from the east 2k yrs ago. Came from the lower world (great plains) to the upper world (Colorado Plateau) and everything that happened in between. Knew there were cliff dwellers out that way already and others. When the Dineh arrived, the cliff dwellers came down and joined them. So did people from many other tribes. If anyone is an ancestor, it's the slaves those meso's took. They revolted when a certain village got tired of their crap and attacked them. THe slaves fled in all directions, some making their way to the grand canyon, others back to their tribe, and many joined the Dineh. A peaceful farming ppl. Hovenweep is Dineh. The sign out front says something like "who built this, we may never know" well, you didn't ask THE PEOPLE. I get riled up, pls forgive me. lol. It's frustrating not being able to get the truth out. Wally Brown is trying. However, he's doing traditional teachings online, here on YT. It's also whitewashed b/c anyone can access it, but he does share some insider info. now and again. They were a dark people. Bad people, evil people. They worshipped the darkness, performed human sacrifice and partook in cannibalism. Science has proven that. Found the bones of at least 30 diff. ppl in a box inside a home at Chaco. A childs skull broken to use as a cooking pot. Then, someone took a dump in the middle of the hearth. Archaeologist found the cooperlite and it tested positive for human protein. The bones proved it anyway. However, Dr. Mose said that evil beings from the sky appeared in portals. One was worse than all the others. It had the power of mindspeak and drove the Anasazi crazy, to the point it made them eat each other. It was in the form of a man, skin of a reptile and two horns on its head like a halo. They got what they worshipped and prayed for.

Having both Shoshone/Pueblo & Norse ancestors this visual audio composition strikes a chord, good work & delivery .Laplanders/ Native Sami peoples of the far Norseland/ Finland have many unique customs, visuals & life ways not unlike so many tribes of peoples possess across North America.

West ho, impressive list of ancestry and very understandable why this video would strike a chord with you. Of all the videos I've made, this one is my favorite. I don't expect people to believe as I believe, but I do want them to open their eyes to a different historical perspective and challenge the simple narrative they have been taught by traditional academia. I believe much of human history has been lost and through the annals of time has drifted from History, Legend to Myth. As St. Paul said; "We see the world through a glass darkened." Thanks about the video, this one is one of my favorites. I got really bad frost bite filming it, but it was worth it to see how it looks in the Winter with deep snow. The headhunters supposedly came from the South (this is the legend passed down among some of the Indians). They were other Indians and not Spaniards. I'm thinking probably the same Indians who lived in Chaco Canyon. It has pretty much been proved that those Indians were cannibals. There is a really good documentary that goes into great detail on them being cannibals. The documentary was done by "Timeline -World History Documentaries".

No ones ever found a jawbone with two rows of teeth. It's how they spoke medically if a person had both their top and bottom row of teeth up til not that damn long ago. When it's said they have two rows of teeth, it doesn't mean literally 2 rows bottom, 2 rows top. It just means they have all their teeth.
