Hello, I know how scary this can be ! Thankfully the vet does multiple test before going under anesthesia to test the dogs health and compatibility for going under anesthesia. Rest assured your pup will be just fine !

In a non-sterile environment, it’s better to used well washed hands than constantly change gloves

@@giselleb5499 only if it is in your world, a well washed hand will not protect you from bacteria such as leptospira for example, during venipuncture and intubation the recommended thing is to use gloves for your protection !!

@@tiagofernandessousa6081 How many vets/vet nurses have contracted leptospirosis from animals showing no history or clinical signs of the disease? Conversely, how many plastic gloves wash up on the shores, when washing ungloved hands would have been adequate?

Could have been a great video but ruined by playing music over speech. I'm hard of hearing and the speech is completely drowned out.
