The American who put himself into slavery
Фильм және анимация
James Riley and his crew were shipwrecked on the West coast of Africa. In order to save himself and his men he took the difficult decision to become slaves in order to survive. Years later he wrote a book on his journey that influenced many including Abraham Lincoln.

Yeah sometimes our body just does that. Fight or flight. He chose flight. Anyway, if he didn't run, maybe they both were dead. But despite of his cowardice, he led his remaining crews to not just a civilization, but HOME! If I were his crew I definitely wouldn't forget his cowardice, but wouldn't forget that he also saved me as well.
