This Binaural Beat Track was produced in a professional recording studio (the studio picture at the beginning of the video is where I made it).

It was designed to help those who want to create personal inductions / lucid creating and connect with the superpower of their subconscious.
It is made out of a Pure 396hz Sine Wave (left carrier) and a 405hz, (right carrier). It creates intervals of 9hz (ALPHA). Included, a dimmed rhythm to help you enter into the Alpha state.
Note the oscilloscope between the earphones at the beginning of the video. There you can see the pure sine waves. The top left wave is set at 396hz and the bottom one at 405hz. There you can see the crossing of intervals.
SUGGESTION OF HOW TO USE THIS:
In a quiet environment lay back in a comfortable position and let your brain get in sync with The Alpha Wave Pattern. Make sure not to put it too loud. Earbuds are the best for this purpose because it mutes most of the sounds from the environment.
Now you need to induce the sub-conscience mind, existing within you and in other dimensions than the flesh. The Power Of You !! Begin by clearing negative thoughts BEFORE you enter the state of calm but strong power that will eventually kick in. Don't stress over it by letting all go. Ask for the power of inner PEACE...... For help try to understand this: • Message From Universal...
Know what you want by asking the power of THEE to tell you how you feel. Because Feeling is the only Compass. It's where you are heading. Imagine what you want in your reality with the feeling of accomplishment and gratitude. Like already done! That is how we induce the subconscious. Then, Observe later on in your Reality ...... You'll be Amazed !!
Listen to this on a daily basis Before or When working, studying, walking with earphones on your devices to benefit from it. At a low and comfortable volume!

FOR NERDS: ALPHA (8-12 Hz)
Alpha waves are those between 8 and 12(Hz). Alpha waves will peak around 10Hz. Good healthy alpha production promotes mental resourcefulness, aids in the ability to mentally coordinate, enhances overall sense of relaxation and fatigue. In this state you can move quickly and efficiently to accomplish whatever task is at hand. When Alpha predominates most people feel at ease and calm. Alpha appears to bridge the conscious to the subconscious. It is the major rhythm seen in normal relaxed adults - it is present during most of life especially beyond the thirteenth year when it dominates the resting tracing. Alpha rhythms are reported to be derived from the white matter of the brain. The white matter can be considered the part of the brain that connects all parts with each other. Alpha is a common state for the brain and occurs whenever a person is alert (it is a marker for alertness and sleep), but not actively processing information. They are strongest over the occipital (back of the head) cortex and also over frontal cortex. Alpha has been linked to extroversion (introverts show less), creativity (creative subjects show alpha when listening and coming to a solution for creative problems), and mental work. When your alpha is within normal ranges we tend to also experience good moods, see the world truthfully, and have a sense of calmness. Alpha is one of the brain’s most important frequency to learn and use information taught in the classroom and on the job. You can increase alpha by closing your eyes or deep breathing or decrease alpha by thinking or calculating. Alpha-Theta training can create an increase in sensation, abstract thinking and self-control. In our car scenario, Alpha would represent neutral or idle. Alpha allows us to shift easily from one task to another.

So I was new to this a few months ago. If you are a newbie, or maybe just a bit overwhelmed at all the KZread video titles and such I will simplify things as quick as I can. First look up “Diurnal Beats”. That is by far #1. Understand what it is and what it does. Basically is 1 tone in 1 ear, a slightly different tone in your other ear. Your brain creates a wave in the middle of them as you sort of trick the mind. All this is for is to relax and let go. These are the vibrations which will help you achieve whatever goal you are looking for. Do not expect a crazy experience your first time, week, or even months. It WILL take time to perfect your craft, so don’t feel discouraged. All the time you put into this will come back 10fold within a year, no question. **my most helpful tip is this… (This is how I “focus” my meditations in the beginning of the session. Just until my mind breaks through and leads the way) In your mind.. Picture a small iridescent item/surface. (Think of a rainbow type color reflecting such as a prism, or hologrpahic foil) That’s it! That’s all that’s needed. Close your eyes. Listen to a Diurnal beat on loop with headphones. Slow your breathing and put 100% of your focus on your breathing. Until it’s very slow and you are completely relaxed and in sync with each breath. NOW, focus on that little tiny iridescent reflective surface. Just focus on that until something happens in your mind. Just do this night after night after night, and things will evolve themselves. It may take you months and months just to have 1 satisfactory session.. It’ll happen, just stay the course. Now I knew things were starting to work when I started seeing flashes of light and even color during meditation. After having this happen over and over I decided to look it up. What I found was when you are finally able to “open” your 3rd eye, you will see a flash of light. Taking that even further, you may see certain colors in the flashes. Well, look em up. It could be something your subconscious has realized and wants to relay to you, or maybe just a certain focal point of a certain chakra. Hey I’m no expert, but I’m more than willing to share anything I can to help you reach this state. I can not even begin to tell you how much more GROUNDED I am. Things are very clear almost always in my mind now. And when they aren’t, a session is needed. Best of luck to ya. And even if you never really see anything, that’s fine. Until you do, you are exacting something on a larger scale. These “flashes” of light and such are fractions of a second. But even if you never reach that state, the difference you feel within yourself is amazing 🌀

I can't believe that this channel doesn't have more subscribers... this is the best channel that I have found for binaural beats. There are so many channels that claim to make binaural beats, but in actuality, they are NOT actually binaural beats... they're just music or sonically interesting sounds that are not splitting the frequencies in stereo in order to produce the binaural beat to happen as a result of pairs of frequencies that are close in pitch and hard panned left and right, so there's no actual beat that is triggered and heard in the brain/consciousness/being-ness... I went through at least 100+ videos that claimed to be binaural beats and 97% were not at all!!! I actually made some comments to explain exactly what binaural beats are on some of those videos and I got attacked and berated because of it. Granted after going through so many of them I was frustrated and annoyed, so my state of mind when I wrote some of them certainly came through in my writing and I wasn't proud of that, but after going back and reading them it was clear that I wasn't attacking or belittling or passing any form of critical judgment upon the makers of those videos, it just sounded like the person that wrote it was annoyed and I did make a point to emphasize that it sounded cool and was relaxing, but I could see how the people that put the time, effort and care into making those videos could take it the wrong way and possibly take it personally. I ended up apologizing and asking to excuse and forgive my comments, explaining exactly what and why I was frustrated and annoyed and felt the need to explain binaural beats. Not everyone responded with understanding, overstanding nor innerstanding, but I did what I could. Anyways, thank you for your videos. I love and appreciate them. This one is really powerful, and peculiar. I listened it for twenty minutes, headphones, and I was kinda scared, then driven away. I suddenly could hear clearly the voice of a recently dead aunt of mine, asking in a delicate way " please, uplift me ". I got up from my trancelike state, and not scaried at all, I started to pray for he soul. Unbelievable.

Yes very good calming and relaxing I am a forex trader so I listen to this one just before I look at the charts then when I look at the charts I switch to gamma and that helps me focus 👍

Hey so awesome I do too starting now and just being in a relaxed state I now let wait for trades to come to me and I lost all anxiety in trading. Now I maybe just place a trade a week which I usually do well and off the daily charts. It's so much better when you're calm. I wish you guys all the success

I was extremely stressed at work and i came about this video during lunch ... never tried something like this before but i closed my eyes and played this on my bluetooth speaker. what the hell? This! This helped me ‘remember’ the gift I was given. We are more powerful than we know. This has reminded me to utilize that gift and to never silence myself. LOVE this! one of the best binaural recordings i've come across. the attention to detail and care put into it is obvious and makes it a class above all the other typical beat-generator recordings out there. only thing i wish was the beats were lower and the ambient music was higher cause i love the music and want to turn it up! The Most effective binuaral beats by far, are the ones which have each carrier wave by (by adding 3+6+9=18. 1+8=9) for example.
