listening to vikonuo is so calming. so calm, gentle, speaks so wisely and such girly personality.

Been there, Zucho. I didn't know that I was having anxiety and depression. One day I woke up and couldn't breath properly, the same experience went on for months, visited the doctor and they said there is nothing wrong with me and that it was anxiety. Good thing is I'm feeling better now but that feeling of breathlessness went on for almost six months. Anxiety medicine will hardly help you. Exercise, good diet and being with loved ones helped me. If you are feeling the same, change your lifestyle. Be logical in every approach in life and importantly Pray.

I love the way Zuchobeni speaks .Please invite her in other talk shows as well.❤️❤️❤️

If you're not aware about it then please don't be so quick to tell the other person that, don't overthink or you're just over thinking. Speaking about mental health is a taboo and people who got through with it, living a daily life its really difficult.People are really quick with judging and passing comments without knowing that person. Social media can be really toxic at times. But thanks alobo for bringing this show together ❤️ !!
