I am particularly interested in the planning issues. We are just now looking to purchase a piece of property and if we can save some time by filtering our options with the design in mind, we hope to avoid properties that would not make a good first start.

Great content. Please work on the upspeak issue. Its distracting and hard to follow if youre making statements or proposing questions. It really does make it hard to follow whats being said.
