The aftermath of pretty bad moped accident. I'm not sure exactly what happened but the windshield of the car was completely smashed, the rider was pretty severely injured and was sprawled out on the street.
After a few minutes an ambulance arrived, loaded the rider in, great. But then ambulance sat there didn't depart for the hospital for almost 30 minutes. Why? @DCFireandEMS you can do better
And insult to injury, the car got towed, but they left the broken moped just on street. It's still there hours later. Imagine if you got into a serious accident and the authorities didn't even give you the respect of picking up your stuff. WTF, @OfficialDCPolice
