Carly had me dying in the beginning she was so quick witted and casual

I normally don’t comment on videos but I felt the urge to this week since I think this is the third week in a row now I’ve noticed this. The past three videos I’ve exited out of watching because of the way you guys talk about religion. You may not be religious at all but every time you guys bring something up it’s always disrespectful and I’m sure a lot of your fans are religious in some way. I do always notice Matt is quick to change the subject or speak up and say everyone has different beliefs so let’s move on so thank you Matt. You’ve always been my fav.

I don’t think religion is so black & white. Let’s not generalize all Christian’s as the same bc it’s simply not factual. It’s okay for us to have our own beliefs & opinions on things just like it is completely okay for you guys to have yalls own. It’s also okay for y’all to think we’re wrong for our beliefs & vice versa with us towards your guys’ beliefs. But as public figures, it’s so distasteful to always talk down on Christian’s every time it’s brought up in conversation. Thank you Matt for always being respectful & allowing others to have differing opinions without talking down & making us feel like we’re less than if we don’t believe in the same things y’all do.

I think with how overpowering Christian influence is on our laws and rights, there’s a reason people feel that way. Plus, when people have religion trauma, they have a right to vent and call out the religion that hurt them.

So what about Islam, Judaism, Buddhism. I'm sure there's people who were hurt by those and I'm sure they influence political laws as well. So why is bashing Christianlty ok and not the other religions? That seems quite hypocritical

This may have been commented already - but I'm pretty sure Maria in Sound of Music was in seminary to become a nun. She hadn't taken her "vow" yet, which would have made her an actual nun. That's why the head sister encouraged her to pursue her feelings for the dad of the kids she was nannying, so she wouldn't regret it if she went forward with being a nun.

I get that their religious practices may seem a bit absurd, but had you been talking about Muslims or the Jewish community, you would have been cancelled. Not only that, but you guys were completely disrespectful towards the apostolic community. This definitely deserves an apology for being insensitive toward them. Besides that, y’all rock. Love the podcast. 💪 I hope someone sees this.

The problem with VHS is that the quality degrades over time and especially if you are playing them frequently . DVD or BluRay is the way to go if you are wanting physical media since they are digitized and on media that won't degrade (so long as you keep it in a case so it doesn't get scratched.

there are apostolic‘s all over near me. they go crazy and party it up when they’re young before they join the church, then when they finally do join they have to write apology letters to everyone they have wronged.

I recently had a similar situation with a friend where I was diagnosed with ADHD, and struggling to find a doctor to help me and get me medicated (my anxiety and depression were so bad I couldn’t get out of bed almost daily) and she told me I was a bad friend. We work together, but I ended it and told her all the reasons, she just chase me around with excuses and tried to blame my ADHD as being annoying and try to compare her depression to mean saying that I needed to realize that I wasn’t being me… 100% knew I was being me, now, I just do me, and it clearly still bothers her to some extent. Living my best life, toxic friend free.

in texas there is a church that does a Christmas service/preformance and they had crazy magic, effects, stunts, and even live animals such as elephants and camels. i cant remember the name but its insane. its in a really big and old church

I know a lot of people won't agree but the roommates with the dogs.. if you have roommates I'm assuming you go half on rent so what gives you the ability to have two dogs roaming around but she can't leave her stuff out.. I think you should be responsible for your dogs and you shouldn't let them get on the counter especially since other people use it too.. im sure the dogs damage things around the place because they're puppies and if she's tolerating that I think you can make sure your dogs are not getting into everything 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey guys, I love your podcast! While I do love you speaking on different topics, religion included, I do wish you would be more sensitive on how you speak about Christianity and Catholicism. You have a lot of sensitivity when speaking about race, gender identity, sexuality, etc etc but rarely defend or speak kindly of those religions specifically. There is a vast majority of Catholics and Christian’s that do not have those strict outdated viewpoints or live lives as normal as you while still maintaining a close relationship with God. It is a bit hurtful to hear you always speaking down on that population of people as if we’re all traditional, out dated, and will outcast those that do not uphold certain beliefs of ours. I know it is not your intention and everyone has the right to their opinion but just a thought😊

If someone can be inclusive and sensitive to all other religions and different topics (that I mentioned) then you should also be able to be sensitive to Catholicism and Christianity. Otherwise it’s just perpetuating a narrative that isn’t true (for a lot of people) and dismissing the reality of our beliefs and faith while upholding others.

Yea I agree, I get they might not understand or agree with certain religions or beliefs but as a podcast listener I wish they would respect that area. You don’t have to agree to respect something. They are clearly showing they have no knowledge of most religions and beliefs so why speak on it. Just leave it unless they are willing to do research on. Like you said you, they usually take it too far when it comes to religion. I love listening to this podcast but I feel uncomfortable when they talk this way.
