This is actually a gimmicky pedalboard that seems extremely useful. The main benefit I see is that, depending on the gig or setting you're playing in, you can pack the appropriate sized pedalboard easily. The downside I see is that wiring could be a hassle with changing things around constantly.

The triller reminds me of Tony Levin's "Funk Fingers" -- he sawed off two drumsticks, affixed velcro to strap them to his two plucking fingers, then went to town. He actually recorded some some songs with it (eg, Peter Gabriel's "Steam") en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Funk_fingers

My Personal Thoughts: Spoilers btw (lol duh) The Guitar Triller: As a percussionist myself, this thing is actually really cool. I love the articulation you can get with it. The Pickaso Bow: After so many years of gadgets failing to make your guitar sound like a violin, I’m glad someone finally got it right. Well done, Pickaso. Very well done. The Harpad: This thing seems really useful. It looks like it can help your guitar sound more full .text text text text This thing seems really useful. It looks like it can help your guitar sound more full .text text text text The Passarelle Bridge: I love the sound of a Koto, and the fact that you can make your guitar sound like one with this is amazing. The Chordinero Capo: I absolutely agree. This thing is by far the best gimmicky guitar gadget ever. Like you said, having to rethink the layout of your instrument all because of an open tuning is a huge hassle, and definitely can’t be fun. This thing fixes that, and it does even more. I’d love to get one for myself.

I've also made a few videos imitating the sound of the guzheng or koto, along with a short tutorial video. I am having so much fun with it!

The harp pad had me thinking about the fretboard explorer harp rail. Might be a little late if we're coming to the end of this series, but I've really enjoyed mine. Rather than the extra set of strings set over the neck to make it a '12-string' this rail clamps on the body and adds drone strings. Saw your video about the Emerald Synergy X-20 - this is similar but is a conversion device for a regular acoustic guitar.

I had a box with springs that would make an acoustic guitar sound like it had reverb. It was fun, but I knew I would never play out with it - and I would never rehearse with it either - so I sold it. It sold surprisingly quicly. Then I saw two more at auction so I snatched them up and sold them too. Thank goodness. It would have been embarrassing to end up with TWO of them when I was trying to clean out my closet.

I'm only a learner (23 years now!) but i like the roadie 3 tuner. Great for alternate tunings on my ukuleles and guitars.😁

One good use I can think of for the Pickaso Bow is using it to imitate Jimmy Page’s bow use without destroying an actual cello bow.

These actually were all pretty cool. I’d like to see how many of them work with bass too. The ebow is great especially with a fretless but it can be tricky for short quick notes so that picasso bow might be able to solve this issue.

pickasso bow + passerelle bridge is basically a new instrument, it's a guitar but with enough bridge to play individual strings with a bow. Seems super neat.

I've used a spoon to do the same as the Guitar Triller. I've played guitar with a vibrator too. One time I tried an old dried up felt tip pen and I loved the sound. That made me search up some picks made of felt, but they don't have quite the same sound. I think the material is too hard.

Kaki King rules. A friend of my sisters that we grew up with dated Kaki back when her career was taking off. She was super cool and generous with the money she was suddenly making. When she performed on David Letterman, she brought all their friends along. So my sister got to come with. They were picked up by a limo, spent the night at a five star hotel, and hung out backstage of the David Letterman show.
