Just a tip to make rarer horses spawn keep switching servers and you will come across more rare horses

Is it just me or was there a "New area unlocked" with a bell?
I have the Aqua epic ,however I am planning on getting a other one. Maybe the Unicorn or the Arabian epic.
Keep going so u can be lvl 25 and maybe unlock a new area that might have a flying unicorn! Plz! (Btw i'm a girl this is my dads account.) : )

The Abandoned Horse I had to run up to it and then I clicked some of the interactions with it and that seemed to validate the quest. As for the pet system, I don't believe it is complete yet, so right now we can't adopt them just yet :3
