One correction: Here in Brazil we don’t have a318 anymore, and we fly to SBRJ with a320s, and the runway you landed in SDU is the general aviation one, the correct is the right one

I think a318's on that time made to approach small runways and airfields, but nowadays every airports have a runway which is longer for a320 and boeing 737's thats why this resulted in failure of a318 because it has a very short range.
