For starters to even turn H²O into a combustible materials you need to separate the H² from the O, have the O bond with another O and then start combustion. The pressure required to break said bonds is exponentially high and that plastic bottle would have exploded under such pressure.

You learn from books. Science keep changing. You only have theoretical knowledge. You're not "smart". Einstien and many other Scientists rewrote Science books while they was in school. They called them crazy initially because what they were showing contradicted science at the time. Same applies here. The science will change as it always have.

@@1todoblessI have learned form books AND I have done experiments too; do not forget the experiments part. In addition, if this man has really created something that makes fire out of water then by all means go ahead and spread it to the world because yes science changes. I am not try to say that the man is lieing, I am just trying to make sense of it all with the knowledge i have. I should not be at fault for doing as such. Nonetheless, we must still apply old scientific principles to new ones for them to make sense and be explained, Einstein and many other scientists did not just pull out brand new concepts from their heads but they did what I just said in their own ways. I never once boosted about my intelligence here I just stated what I have learnt so for someone who does not know who I truly am, you have no right to call me " not smart". To close, for all we might know that man might be living in an environment which has an abnormal about of combustible gases, he might just be compressing and releasing those gases in concentrated amounts.

@@dalanosmith5870 I agree. I myself have learned from books and others experiments as well as my own. If you continue to think in the symmetry of what you're taught in school you will never discover new things. To invent something that has never been invented, you need to think outside the book and you shall witness the wonders of endless possibilities. Realizing that even Einstein doubted his own theory of entanglement. It also took Paul Dirac a few years to finally admit that his own theory of antimatter is real - which of course will be the next choice of energy for another decades. Ramanujan did not have any formal training in pure mathematics, he did not even finish secondary school, yet he became a professor of mathematics at trinity college Cambridge. How was he able to crack partition theory which was initially considered unsolvable by the professors of mathematics in Cambridge university? So making fire from water, what if there is a way to do this without requiring extremely high pressure? What if this alternative method has revealed itself to this man in the most incredible way?

I can sense some foul play in this reportage,as far as I am concerned the report is full of unverified or unsubstantiated claims and gimmicks, for instance the aircraft prototype shown was neither an airplane nor a helicopter but a fusion of both which makes it a sort of hybrid and as far as aerodynamic forces and principles are concerned, such an arrangement or concoction even if produced to scale can only be disastrously hopping around but never achieve successful flight or be stably airborne, however having said so and in order not to sound like a sadist which I am not,the only thing I can say about this man is that he has some potentials and the spirit of tinkering and hence if appropriately groomed and polished and harnessed,it could be put to a very good use mostly in the toy making industry which is a very lucrative sector, hence it's up to the government to come to his aid and the aid of like spirited and potent or gifted individuals.

The oxygen hydrogen bond of water molecules cannot be broken with a plastic bottle, two rubber hoses and a basketball pump. His place of residence is irrelevant. He does not have a theory. It is not even a hypothesis. It appears to be a gimmick for the reason above. Also, it is incumbent open him to demonstrate this thing works as described. it is not on others do "disprove" it. Proof only exists in maths and alcohol.
