What is your interpretation of Venus as lagna lord posited exalted in the 6th house? Also, Parashara’s exception states that Debilitated planets in the 3rd, 6th or 8th gives Raja Yoga! Could you please elaborate more on this?

I am a Cancer ascendant. My ketu is in 6th house and depositer Jupiter is in 4th house...Mars+Saturn is in 3rd house..So ketu which is in 6th house asptected by Mars. So ketu here is favourable or not..In 12th house (moon+mercury+venus+rahu) so ketu is asptected by those as well.

11H is the Bhavat Bhavam of 6H ; would it be prudent to use 11H for prediction of disease, loans, competitions and relationship with maternal uncles , Is that feasible ?
