I don’t feel like the same person as before and I too feel detached. I think of him but I don’t miss him like I did before. It’s more like he pops into my mind but I don’t really have anything to say and before I had paragraphs and paragraphs of things to say to him. I feel like I’d just say “yes I know. We are twin flames” but clearly that would freak him out. 😂

@@ChocolatKrysia thank you thank you it’s been hell on wheels I’m sure all the twins knows this.. long journey thus far and ahead. I’m so blessed that my counterpart and I didn’t take too long.. 3 years it’s taken and we finally understood the assignment. If I can tell you anything as the twin chaser that it all came with time and as soon as I disconnected the idea of being in a physical union with him and learned to just be he started awakening fully. We are as close as we have ever been. I can also say that I learned that there is no use in fighting the connection or asking the whys. All you can do is you the many remedy’s that are already there for your disposal and just hold on tight. I see twins struggling with this everyday. Asking the whys The Who’s and the how’s it’s really simple to understand that your already in union with them and as much as it sucks to yearn for them it makes is so much easier on yourself if you learn to just be. It’s the most complicated yet easiest thing to do. What I learned from this journey has nothing to do with him but with myself my part of our soul and healing what has hurt us since the beginning of time. We are now free and this is our last life to live on this planet as human beings. I pray that all the twins find each other work together and come to be as one. Gods Speed ❤️

Thank you for this video and not being all woo-woo about it. My TF died 12 years ago - and we never labeled our selves "twin flames" (had no clue that even existed) instead we would say, "You are my very soul...." "You are the essence of who I am" "I love you - always have, always will." "Favorite damn disease" and "we are drugs to each other." --- We spent 40 years doing this in/out of union. Your video and explanations truly validates our experience together. We still experience one another... I have that INNERstanding that he is ME, is with ME, and when I say, "I love you, I love you, I love you" to him in Spirit, I know I am saying the same thing to myself in body. So my self-love has gone through the roof! And trust me, that's a real game changer. so THANK YOU... can't wait to listen to some of your other videos - for clarity though my situation is a bit different than most. Blessings!

I think that’s what I was experiencing when my body would vibrate every time I saw him walking toward me. I thought I was just extra turned on by him. He said that I was, “remarkably self-aware,” and I told him I felt like I was finally becoming my true self. We both thought it was just a sexual awakening but it was spiritual. I even told him I felt like a Goddess. Then he ran from me for the first time and I started meditating for the first time in my life. I started taking better care of myself and even feeling more attractive. I became photogenic for the first time in my life. People started telling me I looked younger and I felt more confident and sexy. Then he came back and said I was his, “person,” and he thought we were, “compatible in every way.” I was excited about reconnecting but my emotions were going all over the place and he ran away again. Then I learned about twin flames and found your channel because the obsessive thinking is draining me. I thought I had to heal my inner wounds but I am now about to read my copy of The Power of Now.

2 years ago, I took Kurt's course. My twin flame had disappeared for the first time. I took the course and was doing well. He came back. I was doing ok, but not where I needed to be. Between then and now, he disappeared 3 or 4 times. This week, he is gone again. This time is different. Before, I didn't fully follow what Kurt tells us to do. I made the journey about getting him back. Finally, the universe told me that I have been fighting too long. And now, I'm walking away and doing this all for me. No matter if he comes back or not, I am not doing anything for him anymore.

As a student of Kurt’s, I can say his program is life changing. Don’t argue with him and just do as he says. When I first detoxed I only got rid of a few things of my TF and I was still suffering. When I finally got rid of every single thing of theirs (I think I saved 1 or 2 things that I put in a box and gave to my friend) that’s when my suffering and obsessive thinking dwindled down a whole bunch. Thank you so much Kurt. It is an addiction to a physical person and you just have to treat it that way. Addiction isn’t love. The spiritual journey is love.

the longer I practice being, the more I realize that this is all a spiritual journey (no such thing as a twinflame journey) and how eventually we won't care about the outcome and accept what is. also, the detachment to our minds is very helpful; realizing that everything we've been through is just a story. I won't disregard the journey..the learnings, the meditations, the spiritual teachers.. it's all a part of everything that was supposed to happen. I'll go back to this comment when I finally "understand" non-duality/stop seeking.

Yes and although Kurt says that healing childhood trauma isn’t necessary for example, healing childhood trauma may be something that you’ll end up doing on this path, it’s not something you choose to do, the soul may put it on your path, this path is different for everyone

The purpose of the obsessive thinking is so that you can remember who you truly are. You are the soul. Your TF is your soul in another body. 🥰💖 I hate the obsessive thinking but I love the kundalini awakening. My twin brought a snake that bit me in my dream and then I experienced the dark night of the soul. But now I'm all over it, I'm happy and free.

Its so true Kurt… everyone really is trying to just figure out what the **** is going on. I’ve been on this journey since middle school and i’m 26 now. Meeting my Twin flame early in life has had major benefits and disadvantages for my life. Nobody can understand. Yes, soulmates and people have connections… but no this is weirder. The thinking never leaves. I have to meditate for peace. It’s exhausting. I just want to be together, but I feel so much fear and like this anxiousness to attach. It’s so hard to let go. Also: worth noting the last time I successful let go they came back no more than a week later. I had to consicious make the choice to stop watching tarot and obsessing… but it’s so hard to stop obsessing ah. They eventually left again because I was being really ego-based and selfish and anxiously attached. I want to heal whatever this is.

My Twin flame definitely triggered my spiritual awakening It’s been a roller coaster ride but the worst is the obsessive thinking. I’ve felt blissful moments! The best is that I have a knowing ❤️💫

This video is by far the most helpful I’ve watched from you. It has given me so much hope to continue on this journey and make sense of everything I’m experiencing.

I met my TF in October of 2021 and had my Kundalini Activation on July 7th, 2022, the day of the 7:7 portal. I had just finished a breath work meditation and that is when it started to happen. I was scared and looking stuff up, and then I realized what was happening. This has been such an interesting, spiritual, uncomfortable, but beautiful and ascending journey. My TF and I are currently in separation and we have each other blocked. I also tried doing a cord cutting hypnotherapy to try and cut the energetic cord between us, but it’s almost made the attachment stronger. I continue to surrender and try to stay detached from the TF label, and I believe we will be re-united if that is what the universe has in store for us. Stay strong everyone!

I'm being told by my Spiritual team that we HAVE to be apart right now, separate healings happening. He's having Tower moments daily. Major dnots time for him. I've already had all that. I'm having physical healings of chronic health issues I've been struggling with for over 25yrs ... Thank GOD because it feels Amazing ✨️ I'm being shown my dm will be back soon and be more in his heart. However, he's not going to be healed. So, I will have the choice to accept him as is or, wait. Believe it or not, I'm being guided to wait. I am going to check out your Twin Flame coaching, because frankly, I am way over my head in unexplained crap. And I am a Reiki person... so I know woo, woo pretty well. I found my twin flame in 1987. Nobody even had a name for it at the time. Healing IS important. It’s why we obsess, why we run, why we chase. We forget that we are one. Observation of your obsessive thoughts without judgement. It’s just a desire to understand. I’ve been in a Twin Flame relationship for 37 years. There are always periods of running/chasing. Those periods are fertile for growth. When the twin should start communicating verbally again, you’re always on the same page and same plane but, your approach may be different. I don’t know what else to say other than love and accept yourself unconditionally. That’s the best thing you can do.

I've had both intense Kundalini and lots of little tremors. It's pretty awesome. I've had all of these and the contact between my twin and I went from 0 (3yrs of no contact and 4yrs of no in person contact) to 1000 in an extremely quick time, like a matter of weeks. Everytime I have satori moments he hits me up right then. I'll just be floating along doing me and bam there he is. It's amazing. Kurt you are great. I love all your videos. @@angelatricker6630 I just started being more still in general. I'll go sit outside and just listen to the sounds, feel the wind/sun/rain, and just breath. If thoughts pop up I just let them pass and continue breathing until you just feel chill(best way I can describe it). You feel nothing and everything and it's just peaceful. I do that for anywhere from a minute or two to like 20 or 30 minutes. I even sprinkle it in a minute or two at a time through out the day in whatever I'm doing. The power of now helps a lot. Bc you start to realize there is no specific way to meditate. You just be. Every little bit helps and it just starts being something you do all the time.

Few days ago I created an instagram account and today saw my twin's profile picture after almost 2 years...I was surprised because I felt nothing looking at him 😃thoughts of him still pop out everyday but its much more calm than it used to be...I am so proud of myself, never believed that I could get out of that dark place I've been for years

We spent most of the time talking through social media but we also met personally several times and it was always like earthquake😃after every interaction there should be like 2-3 years of no contact because we could literally break the whole reality and people around us were in chaos😆😆sounds silly but its true😆we also kissed a few times and it was like the whole movement of time stopped😃

Wow Kurt, great video, accurate for me. Exactly what I needed. Thank you. You made some significat accuracies that wherent in other videos ...cause my mind finds many ways of sabotaging and weakening me, make me dought.. telling me she is just another narssicist. Cause some of the symptoms you describe can be mistaken gor narsdicism, cause of the love bombing, then the goasting and their tendency to leave without closure. I see many victims that are trapped in the narssicistic circle of addiction and that can also be a push for a spiritual ascending...but it is not by the phenomena of tf. I wish you or wonderfull Andrea will make a video on that subject cause of the disterbing increasing penomena of narssicism 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

From the moment I started talking to him it’s non stop and it gives me headaches and keeps me up at night… just had the awakening and it’s horrible lol but it’s cause I thought I was already awake. I'm going through that right now. My life has been turned upside down from the moment we started talking. I never have downs and feelings like something huge is missing and I can't put my finger on it. I can't sleep. We even message each other the same thing at the same time.

Thinking of one's twin with every breath IS exhausting indeed, but it IS over. The male has it too though, He tries to get rid of IT by blocking, erasing but never accomplishes it, it runs after him until he himself stops running

Oh, it is so wonderful to meet another Soul Poet. I have written these type of poems and ones about evolving consciousness, Light Beings. A Soul poet to me is a poet who writes about the Divine. A Soul Poet never writes about a person on a porch or mundane things of the materialistic world. It is all about Heart and Soul. I have a poem titled Infinite Self.

Kurt teachings work Twin flame added me as a friend on Facebook Says I can message him anytime I want. I got to go to see one of his favorite bands with him. He says he wants to start making music with me and he wants to see me perform shows when I get started! Haven’t got to the point that he contacts me but he has an opened with me that wasn’t there before. Like Kurt said they start warming up. He’s warming up! I’m not even I student I do t even pay for his teaching and I have made progress just listening to his advice!

Thank you you just clarified where I’m at and it’s the ups and downs. I feel I was born knowing and my dad was the one to open me up spiritually I had karma with him he was a karmic and so was my mum they opened me. They were both gifts to me even though it was through abuse. I love and thank them. Met my twin flame and it’s been painful never experienced love as I’m with him. And all his issues hurts sarcasms I love him unconditionally. This is so hard to be in this love. And it’s like a part of me is missing and it’s in him. But he is an unconscious person. I’ve been having trembling feelings since Wednesday yesterday had a strong one and while watching this video another one I understand what’s happening I just didn’t have a word for it. I was telling my mother that something inside me was changing and that I feel like I can hear peoples thoughts before the words come out of their mouth

OMG, yes I experienced it all. I am continuing to experience it. I call myself a Soul Poet. I write poems about Evolving Consciousness, Oneness, The All That Is, Light Beings, Merkabas, telepathy, and so much more. I stopped writing during the pandemic as my Soul and Mind focused on all of the pain and death and political stuff. In 2022 the twin flame happened and I cried. I talked his picture, fell into his eyes and soon I began writing. By this time I was experiencing some dream messages. I wrote a novel in 2 months. I was typing hours at a time - I was obsessed. The words poured out faster than I could type at times. I stayed up for hours. The kundalini energy was happing throughout this time. There is so much more.

Obsessive thinking and the need to connect with that person, any way you can, no matter how ridiculous and desperate you look!....was like a drug...so, so happy that craziness is over, takes time though, be patient and kind to yourself.

I’ve had all those symptoms. And thanks for these videos.

The biggest proof of me being my SOUL....was when I realized that when learning to meditate(quiet the mind) that there was a "voice" that told my mind how to get quiet. Now if the mind tells the body how to quiet and the body tells the mind how to "feel"......who tells the mind and body how to calm themselves?? IT IS OUR SOUL!! Our soul is what can control them both....if we choose to listen to the SOUL VOICE!!

The awakening happened absolutely spontanious to me BEFORE I met the other half of my soul... So when we met I knewwww what is happening from the very beginning. Well... This helps a lot. But!🙈😀Still ups and downs. Like... we met in the midst of my awakening and he pushed to the limits what I was ignoring - which is to sink deep and to integrate... what I already know. The obsessive thinking... HELL. This is hell🙈😀the ups and downs - hell. And the Nirvana state... yes, absolutely able to maintain it more and morr, for longer. Actually it is our natural state of BEing...

I currently am in the obsessive thinking it’s driving me and everyone else INSANEEEEE 😩

I though he was my TF, the kundalini awakening happenned, it was amazing. 2 months and a half there.. Everything was like you say, Kurt. But now I find myself thinking he is a narcissist, and am in train to leave him.

A twin flame can‘t be a Narzist

This brought tears to my eyes a few times and sucked my breath out a few other times. For me meeting him was like coming alive. Activated? Ya but I feel like you, that word just feels weird. But I felt alive, and I loved it. But then everything came at us. We both made horrible decisions that cut the other. I don't think I've felt the Kundalini yet. Nothing I can say has felt good yet other than earth shattering sex lol but I have a deep knowing and I have a long time. People have noticed and commented lol Emotional ups and downs haha yes omg!!! And I used to absolutely obsess over him. Been told multiple times to stop talking about him, they're tired of hearing it. But he's just now being forced out of his comfort zone and going thru his own real dark night. But since the day I met him there was this connection, it never weakened thru the pain and I felt him constantly. I just didn't understand why lol I mean, I'm diagnosed bipolar so I didn't know if I was just being delusional... Now I understand! Thank you

I am a student of Kurt, Thanks for this video ! I took 45 days time off to visit family in another country and also a 700 mile road trip and it all seemed so confusing coming back home a few days ago, I was on track when I left home , I need to meditate, find ground again , sometimes I think this person is just someone that triggered my spiritual awakening , numbers are showing up 111, 1111, 444, 777, etc..I feel pretty good, that person comes to my mind but not like obsessed thinking , not asking questions , why. When or what? Anybody gone through that ? Is it possible that the Universe just sent someone in your life to cause your awakening? I am taking my Spiritual Journey seriously, I got several calls from the Universe in the past 4 years I can see now but ignored back then, I started to think after a Spiritual Awakening you still can meet your TF ? well, technically you are losing your mind...but that means something totally different now! lol

I experienced all these ascension symptoms aside from a Kundalini awakening (unless I didn't notice it, but I'm sure I would have) and I wonder why I haven't.

Inner child work stops the mind from interfering with experience by resolving traumas that interrupt the flow of life. Whenever i did icw my twin mirrored it and our shared experience improved exponentially. This was the only block to our ascension and an essential part of the journey.

So they can use it themselves to get into a higher vibration thus maintaining hierarchy, societal structure and ultimately a co-dependent society in a terrible relationship with its government and medias. God forbid we think and learn true self love and existing in our spiritual selves!

I like how you touched base on New Age stuff - I feel exactly the same, most of the shiny, colorful and "attractive" videos out there do not resonate with me at all, it just lacks the 'genuineness'. I am just glad I start to be able to filter this crap out thanks based on my own intuition
