Calum is my favorite singer, i'm always focuses on calum’s vocals when i listen to 5sos like idk there’s smth so dreamy about his voice, no wonder Calum and Luke is the lead singers.

u should react to their live performances of “teeth - (live from the vault)” and “easier - (live from the vault)”. They’re both mainly the lead singer playing, but they are both live performances and suuuuuper heavy - so good

Been waiting for this reaction, one of my fave JBH (Jet Black Heart) performance (apart from seeing them play it live for the first time last time). This is a fan favorite song. The music video has fans in it. The lyrics hit so hard! So deep and personal. It is a anthemic song. It's actually known as Michael's song in the fandom because of the intensity he sings it. It was written by Calum and Michael with co-writer David Hodges, wrote most of Evanescence’s songs. I actually didn't know you are from Canada, makes a lot of sense. I'm French so I consider every Canadian my cousin, don't know why haha I love Michael's rasp, it makes his voice so unique. He's more emo then the rest of the band. I mean, he can do a scream if he wanted to. You said the same thing about Calum in your last reaction, him being less comfortable. Which is funny to me, because he looks very comfortable to me. Also, knowing how much work he put into his vocals. His vocal evolution over the years is amazing. On the bridge, he never did that high note at the end, gives me chills every time I hear it. Luke (lead singer) had a mindblowing vocal evolution. His range is absolutely insane now. You need to listen to a live version from 2015, so much different. To answer your questions: - The fanbase name is 5SOSFAM (for 5 sauce family) - Yes, the 10 year anniversary show was livestreamed on December 3rd, 2021 - I know Ashton uses a custom drum kit but that is basically all I know. But he did recently do a video for Drumeo where he breaks down some 5SOS song and you can see his full drum set for this tour. It's a very interesting video, you should definitely check it out, it's called "Ashton Irwin Breaks Down 5 Seconds Of Summer Drum Parts" Can't wait for more 5SOS reactions!

I don’t know if there is a break down video of the drumming kit, but there is a fairly recent Drumeo video with the drummer Ashton where he talks about his playing, inspiration etc.

2nd favorite 5SoS song. 16 got me listening last year. I admit it's kinda gay, but fuck it, I'm a fan.

Michael (guitarist) is the only member who actually using auto tune and I'm happy he's just singing like 5 songs in a concert, he always struggling with his vocals.

Luke (lead singer) & Calum (bassist) is the lead when it comes to singing. Calum is like fans favorite member, meanwhile Michael (guitarist) is the most hated member.

would have to disagree, i tend to see the greatest number of people having a bias towards ashton, and michael has a large fanbase as well. i think there are a lot of people in each of their lanes, and I've never seen anyone who says they're a fan say they dislike one of them.

​@@kaylaquinn1992Have you seen twitter? Someone make a polling for the worst member and Michael is the winner lol. Believe me on 5sos fandom Clashton (Calum, Ashton, Luke) fans is well-known for hating on Michael, especially when Michael have Sexual Assault allegations in 2020.

@@noshamezzy281 didnt that end up being someone who looked a bit like him and not actually him? i guess you're in a different part of the fans than I am in terms of what you normally see. But idk I see a lot of people who like Michael the best. That sucks that people feel the need to be actively negative towards a member though.

​@@kaylaquinn1992I'm Clashton fans, since 2017 Calum, Ashton, Luke always together, they wrote all the singles from Youngblood (their most successful album) without Michael. Michael produced 5SOS5 because Ashton as the leader want Michael to contribute more to the band, Michael always busy making EDM music with Matthew Koma.

@@5sosidupdates476 feels weird to hate on someone who the people you supposedly like are best friends with. bands are all about dynamics between members. personally luke and calum are my favorites, but i don't go around finding reasons to be an asshole and it's quite sad that you feel the need to.
