Good thing I wasn't the only one thinking that starpoints are useless especially after the boxes removal from the game + I really wish they add a special skin/pin/spray/profile icon for ending the trophy road. This will surely motivate the players in pushing trophies

The special event gamemodes have such a big potential just being ignored. Imagine how many cool custommade community gamemodes there could be! Experience could be improved a lot as well, helping new players with progression and rewarding the high level dedicated players with exclusive rewards they can show off. There is just so much room for improvements that would bring the game a lot of hype!

Weekend game modes is on the road map!

Despite everything on this list, I believe fame is the most useless thing they've ever introduced into the game, because it's literally a useless icon that sits next to your profile.

I feel like we should at least be able to gain something from having a game icon. I don’t know what that would be, but maybe you could get a specific currency that you could use for something else.

I really think the later sections of the trophy road should instead of offering tiny amounts of progression resources, start offering cosmetic stuff that is only available to those who reach higher spots on the trophy road

As a F2P player right now, it's too hard to get Coins and brawlers. A lot of my clan mates keep complaining about the same thing too. I hope Supercell is also focusing on getting coins and the ways to get brawlers. If they just keep focusing on their own ideas or concepts, the way to just get coins and ways to get brawlers is gonna be way more difficult than usual.

It is extremely strange that The dev team didn’t add a replacement for the starpoint boxes we get, it would seem like an easy conversion to add, so either…. 1.They were short on time and couldn’t implement it 2.they are waiting to add a star shop.

I think after 10k trophies, trophy road will be replaced with masteries. Where the trophies of a brawler counts towards rewards for them. Star points and XP will probably be replaced with this system too. Just a thought

As the time passed I realized that removal of boxes made this game really boring for me. Although I still play it, it still isn't as good as it could be. I hope that Supercell will take the uselessness of the things you mentioned to their minds and give them a second life. Also, the idea of cosmetics being a thing in trophy road seems amazing to me! As a free to play player I know that gems are TOO valuable (I would hope that thing buyable with gems will get more ways to aquire them). Oh, and I'm suprised if you made it that far into the comment! (Thanks)

2nd point I totally agree. I would love to see pins buying using star points. 1000 per common pin 2000 for rare and 5000 for epic (but no special) capping the purchase limit to 5 pins per season 2 2 1 respectively and costs get doubled if you want to choose a specific brawler

What if the devs brought back boxes in exchange for Star Points? So that a much loved part of the game is revived and Star Points don't become (almost) completely useless. You could buy boxes whenever you like for the rush of possibly getting a new brawler etc. while still having Starr Road to be guaranteed a new brawler eventually. That way you can progress faster and it brings back a little more excitement rather than knowing what you will get and grinding for ages to get it. Basically, I rlly miss the hype of boxes lol

I'm totally agree with everything you said..especially about the useless of the pink star points.. I think that they should let us buy gadgets, star power and gears with them.. cause it's really hard to really update a brawler just with coins.. hopefully they will really pay attention to us.. most of my friends stopped playing since they took out the boxes the game is not that fun any more.. and it's a shame

For #1: it would be a phenomenal addition to the trophy road if for every 5k trophies after 10k, they would add a pin pack. Regular one for the 5s in between (15k 25k 35k 45k) a rare one for 20k, 39k, and 40k, and an epic one for 50k. People up that high usually have all the brawlers, so I think this would be a nice change. Thx for reading this! Edit: I wrote this b4 I looked at the other comments and b4 I hit 2 minutes on the video.

There might be a change to weekend gamemodes made in this update (with Masteries) because the highest level for each one a respective player has passed (which can be seen in their profile) has been moved to the Legacy section, where XP is located, which means that it might be different now.

Maybe if the starpoints could be converted to coins or power points (and maybe even gems), starpoints might become as useful as club coins. Let's hope that supercell will add a use for starpoints

Yes new upload! I really do think they need to revamp the star point system as I now have all the skins and 32k extra points, it’s very under-utilised. Thanks for such great content!

Hot take: star points arent that bad. It's a currency that gets us free skins. I'm not saying they're perfect but i hear them complained about a ton when there's way bigger issues in this game to be prioritized (e.g. the gold shortage)

i completely agree with the special weekend modes because i used to enjoy them so well, but now theyre just kind of dry for mid-end game players.

Skin as a 50k trophies reward would indeed be a better reward but it's not as flex worthy as of an item that can be taken into a battle by any bralwer. That skin will be restricted to 1 brawler. You should be able to show off your achievement when you are not playing that brawler as well so in this case, a player pin or a player spray would be better option.

Honestly weekend events ruin PvE in Brawl Stars for me, especially Robo Rumble, I think a cool way to express the PvE would be to add campaign missions to each brawler you unlock, the missions would be specific to this brawler and would make you learn how to use the brawler and you get rewards for it, It would definitely give a great feeling for PvE in this game because I feel that's pretty lacking in the game and PvE is pretty fun, I also think adding modifiers to weekend events would make it feel fresh, like maybe each time the big game boss gets a kill, he heals 1000 hp, or the boss from boss fight gets a new move that can stun enemies. Would be cool.

I would love to see more advanced brawl ball weekend mode where it is 5vs5 and each team has 1 goalie with mechanics to save shots and players can aim ball height depending for example how long you hold a button :D

Okay star points for cosmetics is an okay idea but what about a skill tree for a specific game mode that would keep the competition fresh and have a whole ton of different build setups to keep it fresh and actually get something worthwhile out of the time already spent on the game.

Imagine this result of maxing a brawler in other countries! In the US it is 77 dollars, but here in Brazil this value is multiplied by 5, really unfeasible.

They could actually do with the Star Point the same as they did with the Boxes, but now with Gold / Gem exchanges, skins, the possibility to buy Gadgets / Star Powers, or player icons.

Something that I was thinking about while watching this video is having a conversion system to convert your star points into gems ik it will prob not happen but it would be cool to see that implemented in the game .

One good thing about big game is how easy it is to complete damage quest

Having two currency’s to upgrade a brawler. When you get to level 7,9,10,11 you need to buy ALL gears, Star powers, and gadgets. Costing an extra 10k+. 920 credit should be for every 2000-2500 trophies as it continues progression. Blows my mind there’s 60+ legends to buy and we still gotta pay full price like half the brawlers haven’t been out for years. Events being the same damn recycled event. We just had the same solo showdown (teamer no skill) event. Main points: recycled content…P2W…gold issues…lack luster events.

I completely forgot about Levels in the game! Yes I was in the glory day when special events made me excited. I am now an advocate for having a 5v5 gamemode in the weekends!

I feel that the most useless or forgotten feature in this game is brawl TV, it’s an awesome idea, I hope they make changes to it so we can chose what gamemode we want to watch, or which team/ player we want to follow

Opinion: Duels and Mystery mode should not make you gain trophies but it would be different: Duels should have a rank system (like Power league) where you would gain star points so you can choose whatever brawler you want without having "trophy rank issues" (I call it like that don’t judge me pls) Mystery mode shouldn’t make you gain something at all so it would be pure fun without having the pressure of losing something

The 50000 trophy reward is baffling, 80 credits is so lame. They should just give a pin and spray to show that you got that far

the trophy road should be a high reward for high effort type of deal. I have about half the brawlers in the game and 14000 trpphies. All brawlers rank 15 or higher. It becomes harder to push for more trophies at this point, and for little reward. Not to mention with starr road being such a slow process (3900 credits for a legendary is taking me forever) its not like im getting new brawlers to grind for lots of new trophies on. I think progression in general is very slow for midgame players

we need to buy things that actually matter in the game with the star points such as coins or credits. could be like the club shop, at least that way my 15,000 star points will actually be useful. being able to buy coins with them would be amazing as coins are still a scarcity imo even with club shop.

I never heard the word obsolete in a video, neither on KZread, TikTok, Instagram or anything. Rey just said it twice in this video, breaking the record

Removing brawl boxes and making people either pay gems or grind credits to get brawlers is one of the worst and dumbest things brawl stars has ever done

The best thing about Weekend Gamemodes was playing everyday to get as much Tckets you could to play how much games you could and more as most time you could, doing something like this would be cool

Either remove Star points and give 2 coins each to everybody or some other amount. Or they can just add a shop where you can buy Coins and Gems for like 10k for 20 gems

Honestly I think Star pints could have some sort of buy 1 pin for a lot of Star points or do a transfer to a costume token or something that’s a gem but only usable on skins

I think a really cool 50k trophy reward even if it took a lot of work for the dev team would be a skin that is compatible with every brawler in the game, even newer ones. So, no matter what brawler you are playing, you can flex your really cool 50k trophies skin.

Hey Rey, I think you forgot one of the biggest ones, fame. I think so much could be done with it, maybe a private shop for skins or something based on your game ranking?!

It's crazy how I uninstalled the game but I still enjoy watching Rey because his vibe and how he can make everything fun is just 🥰

I just recently learned that power league skin offers stay in shop after the season. I was convinced that these skins are only available in given season and if i don't have enough star coins/points they're gone for good. So i never tried to accumulate enough points to buy these at some point. That should be better explained in the game, just add this info somewhere..

Even though the Brawl Stars dev team said it would be useful in the future, fame really doesn't have a use right now. Great video!

Yeah, I can’t stand that they dumbed down the game modes on the weekend and I used to love getting tickets. Those were so much fun spending all the special deals for tickets.

Another useless thing is that search for players button. Except challenges u never get a player from that button. Would love a rework. Idea- A permanent list of players is available to chose from wothin 50 trohy count range from your server, if anyone press that button. However you can still play if you want to, but your name is on the list like a friend list

Season 17: levels were removed Season 18: star points were removed Season 19: coin pack were removed Season 20: weekend modes were removed Season 21: trophy road will be removed?

Being a pin collector myself, i would love to have brawl stars adding pin pack offers in paying star points as a way rather than wasting my gems to buy or grind a whole month to get to the end of brawl pass. I can’t say for sure it’s gonna add them or not but for now, let’s just hope for the best of them! :D

At the end of the pass you should be able to get a universal skin which you can use on any brawler, keep up the good work Rey, your content is amazing❤

I always thought cosmetics, like skins and pins, are a waste of resources (maybe not for maxed out players that spent thousands of dollars and have nothing else to collect), so I wouldn't want to see another skin, spray, pin or icon thrown as dust in my eyes in exchange of hard earned resources and time consumed. We don't have time for this, we need coins and actual rewards that will help us progress through the game. (Again, not talking about the kids with rich parents)

Devs didn't rework these useless things but they removed a useful thing ie token doublers from boxes 😢 the resource drought feels more than before credit system.idk if it's only me

Special events should give either credits or chromacredits, i mean you wait a whole week for not even more tokens as you can get daily

The trophy road skin idea at 50k is an awesome idea! They should do a spike skin with the “SPUDE” theme. Since you “beat brawl stars” you unlock the character symbolizing SPUDE❤

Can they please make basket brawl permanent as new game mode as for me personally my favourite mode is brawl ball and showdown but when basketbrawl comes out I don’t leave it , it’s so fun

I would suggest some pins like purple diamond pin @50k and other colored pins at corresponding level to show off your trophy count. Or maybe a profile border for every brawler at 40k 50k

Weekend events arent useless. You can actually do your healing quests(boss fight), damage quests(boss fight, big game) and kills ones(big game)

Star points could be better if a lot more skins were available with them. Add more skins, change some existing gem skins to star points, even if costly. I just don't like mecha skins, or really any skins I am offered to buy with my 50k points.

I just got to 25k trophies and I was very sad that I only got 80 credits after playing for so long. Also we barely get any tokken doublers since the removal of boxes

The trophy road: All the credits after 10,00 trophies will now be 160 instead of 80. And every "Rank" will be 300 credits. The 50,000 trophy count would be 2800 credits + 3800 coins or a very cool skin + 3800 coins The Star points: You would be able to buy credits: 230 credits - 500 star points 430 credits - 1500 star points 860 credits - 3000 star points Level: Every X amount of levels you would get a reward. Every 10 levels: 20 tokens + 50 credits Every 50 levels: 30 tokens + 80 credits Every 100 levels: 50 tokens + 180 credits Every 150 levels: 100 tokens + 240 credits Every 200 levels: 140 tokens + 400 credits ( The level limit would be increased to 2800)

Fax you can't get anything with starpoints but skins maybe if they put it for fame or something?

Its funny that he talked about getting banners, profile pictures in the game and that they actually have done it

I really agree with the first useless thing because their is no reason for us to grind upto 50k just for 80 credits .there must be something really worth for grinding

Another useless thing in brawl stars are true silver and gold skins. It costs so much gold and for the cost, it’s just a recolour and it only looks good on a few brawlers. One way supercell can fix this is by just reducing the cost of tru silver and gold skins.

Idea: Star pints arr used to get pins, sprays, profile icons and ANY SKIN Wekend game mode : Mystery mode, picks ranfom brawler with ANY STAR POWER AND GADGET in the game

Did y’all know that level up deals are gone, say you go to level 100 you would get an offer for like eight bucks and you would get 3 mega boxes and 140 gems. Those kind of offers are removed

the most useless thing by far in brawlstars rn is the powerpoint cap. you can't even collect coins on the trophy road because they're in the way

Yeah starpoints are useless for progression, but now Its a cool skin currency. BUT BRAWL STARS DEFINITELY NEED TO ADD MORE STARPOINT SKINS, LIKE THE LAST STARPOINT SKIN(not including power league) WAS LIKE IN SEASON 3

I think it depends on we’re you are in the game if u have every single brawler in the game gems lose most of there value if u have every single brawler maxed out then gold and power points lose there value

imagine if they make a new spesial event gamemode, where we can play a brawler that can use both of his gadget and starpower in the same time. 🤔
