@@KimchiFartsNope its not about the antics, for people to hate you JUST for your fake character OR your personality you need to be a dominant champion and someone who wins a LOT against the best fan favorites in the weightclass because that will make them get very mad at you like izzy as example, otherwise anytime you talk they will remember your loses and your poor paded record. People hate him because him fighting 0 legit non washed up 170ers, and is getting the third title shot he doesnt deserve. Plus the only thing he get praised for is the 2 losses to usman wich is not fair for other fighters, because having close fights with a champ that only beat 3 different people( 1 being a journeyman) doesnt allow you to claim being the second best in the division, because : 1-style makes fights and mma math doesnt work. 2-While others risk their rankings and prepare differently for each fight camp, Colby gets to lay and pray 25 min on the most washed up guy he can get, and then having all the time in the world to prepare for usman and makes it close. 3-colby style isnt impressive to work against different fighters. People also hates him because his fans try to ignore his non existing legacy and accuses those who hate him of just his fake character like you just did.

I'd much rather get knocked out. One the pain will be over quicker, two in the post fight interview you can always pull a "that was a lucky hit" to try and save face, and three when you look at fighters in the UFC or just MMA in general, people get knocked out all the time and come back to be successful afterwards despite it, of course some don't, but when you get mauled you don't come back from it. Look at Tony vs Justin or Connor vs Khabib. It's much more likely you won't be the same after.

What's even more impressive than the guy who will maul you until you are a walking corpse over 25 minutes, the guy who can do that while at the same time taking away the very things you believed yourself to be great at. That is Alexander Volkanovski. That man has cardio for days even to the point that Max can't outlast him, but more than that, Volk systematically denies his opponents the ability to do the things in a fight that they want to do, frustrating them til they either whither over the course of 25 minutes, or they leave themselves open to a finish. I don't even want to imagine how bad Ortega felt after coming so close with the mounted guillotine only to end up a battered and broken mess nor Holloway after the 3rd fight where he got beat down in his own realm of expertise. I'm sure no one wants to even start with his fight against TKZ where Volk was genuinely concerned for his opponent's well being at the start of the 4th round. You might not always be physically exhausted fighting Volk depending on how early the night ends, but you almost always end up mentally fatigued.

Colby should have been on top because being a bigger guy it's more than impressive compared to the smaller guys. Khabib was mauling is cardio wasn't is imposing as Colby's

Kinda of agree. Against Mcgregor, Khabib looked a little gassed in the third round, despite dominating the previous rounds.

you cant really put Max in anything without putting Volk in it. but i understand if volk wasnt there max would have 11 title fight wins now and be considered in the top 4 all division GOATs. ponder that people!!! Max is maybe not top 10 GOATs now, all due to volk, but he is still beating everyone but one man. this needs a video.

Why is sterling out of the tittle picture? Isn’t he tied for most tittle defences? Even if not 3 defences are enough for an immediate rematch

I love Holloway, but I'd be lying if I tell you that I wouldn't like seeing him KOed. Probably it will never happen, but who knows.

I'm pretty sure Tony Ferguson in his prime should be in this list. Why TF? He constantly stalks his opponents and never let them breathe.

What can be said about volk and where he falls on this list ? Not known for getting tired and he was the only guy to go 5 rounds with max at a high pace and left max looking like a bloody mess on top of it .

You know what’s exhausting about Colby Covington? He has the perfect fighting style to be champ and a all time great but homie chooses not to fight a lot. That’s frustrating considering how good he is. He needs to take into consideration he’ll be 36 soon. Unless he’s aging backwards, IDK.
