Cheers Wicked, thought I'd chime in with a 2.5 year user report. Still works !! Mostly. Controllers 6 months, OG card 2 years. Don't regret buying it as a present for a friend, but I wouldn't now. Dirty cheap PC and appropriate software will soon be its replacement. It's done well though, many hours of entertainment gaming and fiddling with emulators. Thing that bugs me most, after using other devices, is it's a bit laggy on the controls. Not sure if that's just this one or all these boxes. DoDonPachi is difficult enough without having to contend with controller lag. 🙂

I have 1 that I bought a couple years ago. I do suggest to clone your sd card by using mini free partition wizard. These cards will crash out eventually. Having a backup will be useful. You do have to use a program like the partition wizard to clone these cards.

I recorded this video today, went to the gym to clear my head... meet up with some people. Only realizing I felt more exhausted later on so yeah... need to see how and what. Maybe I do need a break so I can clean up here, relax more and... testing products and build a massive video promotion. Did that last year I did like that to be honest felt so much more energetic 🙄

WGC do you have a good cheap USB PlayStation clone controller you would recommend? I like playing games on Mister with as close to the original controller as possible for mastalgia reasons but I would like to do it as cost effectively as possible and not get stuck with an old worn out controller either.

My first game box, I changed the resolution on this and it went to green screen rendering it useless so I swapped out the memory card with another game box and got it running again.

Sp what's the best value / performing box as of right now?

All menu and other platform games work but my Nintendo 64 controls in game don’t work. Been researching various solutions but no fix has worked so far.

I guess you living in the EU as well as me. Is that correct? I have the problem that Aliexpress no longer sends handheld consoles to my location in germany. Do you have the same problem? I just try to figure out what's going on. It's just for a few days now, two months ago I hadn't this problem.

What kind of box would you recommend?

What are some better options? I'm about to just buy a used Nintendo 64 console on Ebay if I don't find a better option soon.

N64... look into PC solutions. Android cheap stuff not going to handle it.

game boxes are cool

Went a little deeper in to the files with specific software. Got a 64gb version and a 256gb version. In both i see the same. Execpt that the lighter version have less games in it. **BUT...** i noticed something else. There is a folder for Sega Saturn , a PS2 and more emulators and files in it ready to use. Just no games for these. Now , I believe there wil come a even bigger capacity version soon. Maybe 512 or 1GB version? I could be wrong ufcourse. But why would these files be in there already?

For the same price you can get the Pooooowkiddy Y6 gamestick that has 2 gb and has better emulation.

@@WickedGamerCollector Yes. Its main downside is no options and the systems are all stretched to full screen. If you want to lock options at least configure the correct aspect ratio which was really lazy of my fav budget company.. Pooooooowkiddy!!

If your a little down just speed up the video a tad. Wicked won't mind. Do a bee bop tone will you watch. Naw didn't work well. Maybe if you can fine tune it.

What would you say is the best retro gaming product?

Hey, mine lasted 8months it erased everything including the sd card too, while playing a game, the screen went black then after a minute or so the original beginners guide popped up on the android menu, everything was wiped….

I think that playing these Android Boxes is like you are stuck in a loop every day. Because you review one then another comes out with the same processor and speed that play the same game consoles even if it says it is new.

Not worth it got mine today not working for crap

My opinion: NO. It is NOT worthy buying. The VAST majority of listed games do NOT work. Those that work freqeuntly freeze and saves fail causing you to lose your progress. I paid about $90 and received the box and 2 controllers, an hdmi cable and a power cord. I'm sending them back and trying Retropie Batocera Raspberry Pi 4B Pinnacle Retro Game Console. It's $325..much more expensive, but if it works smoothly, it will be worth it.
