The weird mesh and dot patterns are actually taken from irl inspiration as they help break the silhouette of your gun when you're trying to conceal yourself out- (or in-) doors. Its kind of like a diy paintjob. At least thats how youd achieve that irl

It's not so much that you have to make bad looking skins. It's more about variety. I personally like clean skins like stainless steel and business class.

I like most of these as being basic camo patterns **WAY** better than the flashy stuff.

5:50 Interesting note. The UMP-45 Houndstooth pattern is really similar if not the same as the pattern of the Scarlet Shamagh gloves. Its just brown instead of red.

As you said, opinions can be personal and some might like the a skin you listed. For me its the akoben galil, I think it's a nice cheap skin for a safari/vacation vibe set. It looks like a zebra with the orange bits looking like sand particles stuck on it. As a mostly f2p player you learn to apreciate the cheaper skins much more lol

if im not mistaken, UMP Houndstooth has the same pattern as the Scarlet Shamagh gloves, doesnt make the UMP any better but still kinda neat

Houndsthooth first appeared in the 1800s in the Scottish lowlands. Its a sick pattern they just messed it up with the colors
