The house needs an interior designer. It has no wow factor on the main level.
Ben does great videos...but this property is unremarkable. ANOTHER white box. It's paint by numbers BVH modern- white, light wood floors, Carrera marble kitchen island, black/bronze light fixtures, etc...and the amazing "panoramic views" of the neighbors roof and the construction site next door. Layout seems awkward. They are truly delusional with a 24.5 mil asking price. I've seen better finishes in homes a third of the price.

Nice place, but I don't party much these days. If I lived there, the vast, open space would quickly become a negative for me and my family. I predict more traditional layouts will eventually become a thing again in home design in southern California.

Someone OVERPAID for that basement. that's one of the weakest that I have sea en in a while go back to the drawing board. I hope that he saved his receipts.
