I've tried but with no goal precision , it's was great the feeling of waking up early , I had the impression the day was very long with so much of time . This time also I'll get back to it with new perspective. Thanks Brian

Brian, I love your way of talking. You always recommend the right things but never scold me. It motivates me to improve myself so rapidly. I have been getting up at 3 am if I have to go to work at 5 am for 2months. I love to wake up earlier to study for myself before spending time for someone else. Though I started to work early in the morning to have a duty to get up, now much better for both self-investment and working for others.

1: Wake up two hours before you have to be somewhere. 2: Invest the first hour in yourself. 3: Before you do entertain yourself read something motivational, educational or inspirational in the morning. 4: Write top 10-15 goals. 5: Make a list then prioritize it. get the big thing done first. It will help you enter into flow state of mind 6: No music Audio programs about you field. Feed your mind 7: Develop a sense of urgency

I have been doing this for about 2 months now. I saved it as a youtube favorite and a short cut on my smart phone. I play this 4 min video in the morning and as soon as I start watching it, it puts me in the mood for the steps. Amazing, unplanned and unpredictable events have started "happening" . I am staying with it... Thank you Brian.

These techniques have helped change my life. What I like about Brian Tracy's methods is that they are practical. By no means do you get to your goals without hard work, but by doing a few things each day you will reach your goals eventually. Only problem is once you see it working you'll be addicted like me and be constantly setting bigger and better goals. Not a bad problem really. Keep it simple guys, just do it ;)

The 21 Day Mental Diet, Brian Tracy 1- Start your day at least 2 hours before you have to leave home 2- Take 30 - 60 minutes to read something motivational or inspirational or educational before you start your day. Let it be something positive. a. Do some physical exercise. 3- Write down your top 10 - 15 goals in the present tense as though you have already achieved it. E.g. I earn $30.000/month, I own the car I like, etc. 4- Write a list of everything you have to do that day, and then reorganize it in order of priority. Do the important task first. Resist the temptation to do the small things first. 5- Work single minded on the most important task on your list, until you have completed your major task. You then develop ‘flow’, that is energy to complete your other task. 6- Listen to motivational or educational programs while driving on the road. 7- Develop the need for urgency. Move fast. Walk fast, work fast, do everything fast so you will develop energy to accomplish more in less time.

errolsmusic If they are goals that you really cherish, you don't need to refer back to them every day. Remember what you want to achieve every day and I guess the fact of remembering them actually makes them happen more, your mind will be subconsciously set to these goals every day

He's basing this on a 9-5 workday. If you work weird hours, (overnight etc), then just resolve to spend no more than 8 hours in bed and strive to go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. When you wake up (whatever time that is), then that is your golden hour.
