True. It seems that all truck prices now are completely crazy.

Love the exterior and the tech. Not a fan of the blue leather inside. Reminds me of the school bus seats when I was a kid.

Looks like it's big enough to tow a Tiger tank. edit - Looked it up, and it would actually probably take 3 of these F-350's to tow a Tiger I tank, and that would be the models with the highest towing capacity. Still impressive though.

Regarding 0-60 in 4wd... I noticed this truck has manual hubs. Did you turn the hubs at each wheel or just flip the switch inside. I suspect you were in 2wd the entire time.

Nice review! Love the truck, but dang the price tag. 14:12 FYI, the number that's advertised is virtually never the one you can actually see for payload. I know your friends at TFL are more into it, but you can just show the door jamb sticker, it would show you the same payload (since you were sitting in the truck, I'm guessing it's closer to 3,000lbs as that scaled option would include your weight). 29:26 Surely that high 5s for 0-60 was with the Godzilla 7.3 and not a 6.7 HO diesel.

At 9:49 you can read the door jamb sticker, 1747 kg /3852 lb payload.

The sensors and camera on top of the tailgate are for hooking up to a fifth wheel. I've seen guys ruin the end of a camping trip getting in a hurry.

It's just really sad that it's so small. I REALLY want to compensate harder!

It’s a heavy duty truck. It has to be big and heavy to carry and tow that much. Try towing a skid steer, mini excavator, dump trailer, or large 5th wheel with a small truck. 🤦🏻‍♂️ It has to be big and heavy to do what it does. I thought that was obvious and didn’t need to be said. 🤷‍♂️

5:12 Hard to believe that free wheeling/manual locking front hubs are still being offered in a 2024 4 wheel drive vehicle, let alone a mammoth full sized pickup truck. But I give Ford a ton of credit for that, and the fact that they (and Ram HD, as well as the Jeep Wrangler) still use solid/live axles, which is great for serious off-roaders. Far less likely to break than an independent suspension. And it’s a more cost-effective way to add an extra 6-10 inches of ground clearance (without having to resort to a body lift kit). Can’t say the same for GM’s 3/4 ton and 1 ton offerings, with its independent front suspension. Super Duty is truly “Built Ford Tough”

I custom ordered a F-250 Lariat crew cab with the 6.0 powerstroke in 2003 and I gave $31,885 for it out the door. That same truck now would cost close to $70k.

Do you know how many people are making money from KZread, Instagram etc. You-tubers buying Rivian trucks for 100k telling regular folks go and buy one! ha!
