Really good review David, I love the footage from the trail. That's one great looking bike, the hidden rear shock is a great idea and makes for a very eye-catching & clean looking bike.

Great bike, I am not sold on flexing rear in any way, but the integrated cable routing and redesigned twinloc is already awesome. Need to see if I can get the twinloc and fit on my BMC

Fantastic David, i am waiting to pre-order one of these so i am glad you have now reviewed it briefly. However i am being told that there will be very limited quantity available and this bike will not be coming to UK. So i will have to get the Shimano and FOX Equipped Team one instead. If it is better than my Current RC Team then WOW! 🤔🤔👏👏

The 2021 is an amazing bike. I’ve seen a few guys riding that with a 120 up front now and that looks pretty awesome.

Are there bushings for lightweight or bearings inside rear triangle pivots?

Hi David, thanks for this nice review. I am really interested to order this bike, it ticks all my boxes for a fully. But I am worried about one thing, the entrance of the cables under the stem. It looks like a hole where mud, dirt, water can enter the headset. Or is this a misunderstanding and is everything sealed correctly?

It’s between the Spur and Spark for me, but I can’t decide which to go for. Love the simplicity of the Spur design and suspension but love the modern and clean looks of the Spark. I’m hoping to try the Spark 900 trail version and see how that compares

What size would you recommend for me...I am 1,78cm but have a very long inseam of 87cm [always ride an L..currently a Scalpel Si] ...and am between sizes on the Scott calculator...

I'd recommend going for the Large version. I'm 1.79 and rode the Spark in M and L, here in Switzerland and the L is perfect in my opinion.

Hidden Shock is a winner..

I rode the new Spark for an entire weekend at different types of trails its a phenomenal bike but still prefer the Trek Supercaliber, its a much faster bike in my opinion.

I really like the new Spark. I’m looking at one of the “trail” versions to replace my ageing LP Zesty. I think 130f/120r travel will be great.
