I haven't watched TST for a few weeks and must admit I was skeptical to see someone other than Matt in the driver's seat but this guy is great, the video still lives up to what I expected. Glad to see that the essence of the channel isn't lost.

I was kinda skeptical at first, especially after seeing the first episode, about Zack taking over.. but now I’ve kinda started to like him a lot. Seeing him change (for the better) in just a few weeks is really spectacular. Makes you wonder how chill he must be in a few months :D my point is that I’m glad that he’s gotten comfortable behind the camera and that he keeps it natural. Go Zack!

Look back at what he left and be thankful for the videos he has left us and all the crazy fun he gave us. Zack Is the new future of the smokingtire and of course he isn't no Matt Farah but he is young and could turn out as a great host for the show. Zack did well with this review, and he was excited to be behind the wheel of a car he never had the chance to experience. Unlike Matt who has touched up on every type of performance from here to the moon. So I can understand if he was a bit jittery in this review. Yeah. Its not easy being entertaining, asking the right questions, being involved in the conversation and feeling out the car all at the same time. Of course hes not like Matt right off the bat but he will get there. Videos are entertaining as they are and im looking forward to see the progress

I love the sound of the older 4.6 mod engines! Makes me miss my modded 2v SN95.

I would recommend upgrading the IRS bushings to prothane or Delrin material. Also add a differential brace cover, subframe connectors, and make sure the factory bolts in the IRS are 14mm. The Cobar R steering rack can be ordered... look for SPR VT / 22-280 in the specs. Thanks for sharing and have fun! 😎👍🏻

Thomas Carlson the cobra R rack hasn’t been sold by ford for 14-15 years. The only equivalent is sold by flaming river (I believe) and is $1500. True VT racks are unicorn farts mixed with leprechaun gold. Thank maximum motorsports for buying all of the racks and keeping them for themselves.

The IRS needs poly or delrin bushings to replace the aging factory rubber ones. A differential cover or brace can strengthen the center section. And the H and R springs are a excellent choice too. Plus the front lower control arm bolt needs to be replaced with a14mm one. A nice touch would be to update the rear tie rods too. Sweet car 😎👍🏻

Great video, maybe get them back to 10-15 minutes as this one kinda dragged towards the end but overall Zack is killing it and really doesn't hurt the video without Matt, 2-3 months down the line I see Zack making this series just as good or better than Matt's no doubt. A younger generation is a cool thing as Jack has emotional connections to cars Matt might not have so having a change is gunna be really nice imo
