Written and produced by Larry Blackman, the "Candy" referred to in the song was allegedly cocaine. "Wrapped up tight"-referring to the way bags of the drug come packaged. "Toss and turn in my bed," "you're takin' my appetite," and "you're givin' me a heart attack"-all three are references to the side effects of its use.
