I’ve found once you get through the first set of hands (first 3 hands) the game gets a lot easier. I either die in the first 3 rounds or win, haven’t lost to the “secret” final boss because I was prepared for it my first play through. (Granted this is only about 4 hours of gameplay)

I got 268 million with glass cards and dusk + blueprint and I also had a x5.0 constellation but I cannot manage to get a polychrome card and then ALSO have enough time to duplicate it let alone getting the specific jokers on top of it it definitely requires a lot of luck. I didnt use a specific seed for this btw I just try to find my own seeds

I think 5 of a kind upgrades easier than flush house i think in 3 upgrades it is a higher value. Also in this specific seed i think scholar might be better than stencil mostly due to the increased chips but the mult isn't bad either.

Pretty sure flush house has higher bonuses per level compared to 5 of a kind, makes sense because it is easier to build a consistent 5 of a kind deck. flush house gives +5 multiplier per level but I don't remember how many chips you get per level.

By upgrades easier I ment you can get the planet card faster. I think Ceres gives +30 chips and +5 mult for flush house while planet x gives +25 chips and +3 mult for 5 of a kind(I think those are the numbers but they might be worng). But even with that I prefer going for 5 of a kind due to the stability of it but I do admit I thought both planets had a +4 mult growth so my first post is wrong about the upgrade potential of 5 of a kind.

@@koiosdamocles1090 I see your point, the fact that you can't find planet x/ceres cards until you play the hand definitely diminishes the number of upgrades you'd realistically find on your run. Flush house takes too long to setup. I should have saved the seed I got the other day, first round skip for free spectral pack turning every card in the selection into an ace. I think I had like ~12 aces at the first boss blind.

This seed is really cool, you can optimize the run more.. I just did a playthrough of it and got 128 billion (but i accidentally sold stencil instead of dna, so it should have been 256 billion), and i think 256 billion would be the highest you can get off this seed (scholar + stencil + dusk +the duping joker, with making sure your polychrome is aces)

@@CatianKing yeah if you optimize it you can get around 500 i think, i did like 3 runs of it, scholar is interesting but you dont get enough five of a kind levels, and flush house doesnt show up in cards to level in time,, but i've only done like 3 runs so i havent optimized it yet lol

If the Steel hit at the start, it would have been a 1.5x multiplier essentially. Final result would be roughly $215 billion, lol.

How’d you know aura would activate on the 2nd to last card so the ace would get the buff? Was it seeded, is there a way of knowing for sure or was it a blind guess?

Its select two cards to turn into the rightmost SELECTED card. Since the game only allows you to select two cards, you can only turn one other card to another selected card.

Unless this is changed in the demo it is 2 cards that can change, on goth’s channel he always uses death to successfully change two cards. The “rightmost” card doesn’t *need* to be selected, if you do select it then you should select two additional cards, not one, in order to get essentially three duplicates (ie the rightmost card is never really selected as it can never turn into itself whether or not it is physically selected, its the two other cards that need to be selected) watching skoot make this mistake with the glass polychromes was a bit rough 😅

At 6:58 can you not select 3? Cuz the wording is "Select 2 cards to convert into the rightmost selected card" Makes more sense to me that it lets you select 3 as atm your 2nd card isnt "converting" so you are only converting 1. Idk tho

The tarot can't be used if you have three cards selected. It's just misleading wording. It would be much more clear if it said "Select two cards, the leftmost will be converted to the rightmost selected card."

It's kind of a ripoff that Five of a Kind where everything's the same suit is worth less than Flush House. It should be something special of its own like "Five of a Card", worth 500 x 20 at the start (where Four of a Card would be 250 x 20) or something similar.

When you use the Death Tarot card you could be converting an additional card. It converts two to the rightmost but you have only been selecting two cards (including the card you are converting into) when you could be selecting three total; two to be converted and the third being the rightmost in your selection.

Damn I thought 2 mil was the best you could do
