I only recently, just a few weeks ago, discovered Belinda through the Gaia channel and I was immediately in awe of her magnificent loving soul. I cannot tell you how much I loved hearing these messages from her and the angels today and amazingly enough, what you are asking her and what she is talking about with the archangels, is exactly what I am working on right now. Surrendering the Ego, letting the Divine Feminine take over and immersing myself in that beautiful emerald, golden light; letting it fill my spine and my brain. Just yesterday, my inner voice said it’s time to slow down, relax and TRUST. Stop rushing through life, pushing your way through it. Then I hear you and Belinda reaffirming everything I was thinking about. Thank you both so very much and of course I thank those Archangels every single day of my life for their great love of us all. ❤️❤️❤️. By the way, Hana is such a beautiful, beautiful name. 🙏🏻❤️

Each moment is precious the hard, the hug's, the mess, the sweetest sound's you'll ever hear. Being gentle water nurturing your sweet one. It's a big adjustment and be gentle with yourself. You'll be more tired and give more than you ever have. Each time you go deeper into love. Before you know it, she'll be a little older and a little easier to care for. Newborns are a lot. Accept that all sleep is enough. Belinda just said think, say - more than enough for sleep renewal. You need to PUT away to sleep your mental sleep programming, ego based, that insists on SET hours of sleep every day. NOT SO. YOU are safe with less sleep. You won't expire if you MOVE a sleep schedule. Sleep is not written in stone. It is OK cuz INTENT rules schedules, as do circumstances. Best adjust. Helps you to MOVE your mindset to one of safe flexibility, a real improvement on fixed schedules. Mind is the builder, an Edgar Cayce quote. Intention SETS the choice. DOING aims action to complete the purpose. Lie down into the bed, fully melted, and breathe slowly, easily, deeply, feeling refreshment clear and restore your entire self and all its parts in a brief 15 minutes of time. Enjoy this little lesson, for the human in us is multi- faceted. Do the Work, growing innovative talents to greater levels as time brings them into present hours for nurturing.

I have listened to this recording for times already and I think that this meditation at the end will become my go to meditation for everyday. It is so loving! Well ideally we'd have at least one parent, maybe two, take parental leave after a new baby comes along. So going down to one interview a week makes perfect sense. Belinda embodies the trust she talks about, which helped me tune into my own trust even more. This was just a lovely time. And how I love Roo!! Michael your show just keeps getting better and better. I appreciate you sharing your personal struggles because whether or not we have the same exact situation we can all relate to feeling out of sorts and anxious when our routine is disrupted in a major way. Even if it's disrupted because we got the thing we've been dreaming of for years. Or when we want to know what's next so our mind can relax. I'm in the middle of so many big changes right now - good things I wanted - but it stirred up a lot of fear. So this was perfect timing for me.

So so beautiful!!!! Thank you, thank you. My heart sings!!!

Michael a mom of six children who was a role model for me, also Jewish, she said to me when I had my first baby “Do you know the difference between a first time mom and a second time mom?” “A second time mom asks for and gets help.” I remember going to a shopping mall and I couldn’t remember where I had parked my car, because I had no sleep with my third child, none and I realized how I needed to get help to sleep. Ask your brother to come over so you and Jessica Can nap.

Michael sounds very insecure and needy as little Michael....and he must know that all is well. Let go of the need to control as Belinda says.......we are all having newborns and breathing in faith knowing all will be well ❤❤
