The 100's Marie Avgeropoulos on Saying Goodbye to Octavia Blake

"The 100" is turning 100 -- a hundred episodes, that is! The extremely popular CW sci-fi series enters its seventh and final season this year, wrapping up a story that has thrilled viewers for the past six years and will no doubt continue to live in the hearts of its most devoted fans and the cast alike! One of those actors is Marie Avgeropoulos, who plays Octavia Blake. Young Hollywood catches up with the actress via Zoom to get all the details on the much-anticipated finale and teases what we can expect from not just her character but others, including the fate of one of most talked-about relationships, Clarke & Bellamy (AKA "Bellarke")! She also explains how the cast never really got to say a proper goodbye, as all production was shut down immediately after their last day of filming, plus we play a Game of Lasts with her to find out the last thing she ordered online, her last home workout, and her last favorite memory from the set of "The 100"!

After lexa's death i knew the ratings were going down, i kept on watching because i still a huge fan of the 100, but one of the main reason was to watched her growing up and becoming a better person, she executed her character very well, her dark moments gave life to the show... Edited: I rewrite it because i saw the anomaly!!!! 😆🙄

@@foreveryours9081 For somebody who learned at home without going to a fancy school due to living and growing up in a foreign very poor and dangerous country i think i can communicate, the plus here is i still learning and i can also speak two languages wich is cool. People always going to be harsh and i have no issues with it, but thank you you're right, and by the way my first language is Spanish, at least you get the message lol...
I've been watching The 100 since season one, episode one, and I knew right away that Octavia would be my favorite character. Her character arc is amazing, and I love how she does her own stunts! She's my favorite fellow Canadian girl! Congratulations Marie! Octavia is awesome and I hope that your fans will be satisfied with the end of Octavia Blake's character. 🇨🇦 ❤

She is gorgeous and a wonderful actor. She pulled off the character Octavia incredibly..... space shows or tv series are difficult because they are either really good or really bad and the 100 had the correct casting and the correct storyline. Very entertaining. I'm going to miss the show when it's done. So many good older and younger actors on the show......shout out to Canadian actress Marie. You were by far my favorite character on the show which is saying alot because everyone did amazing.......on a different note Marie you should play Priscilla Presley for a newer Elvis movie because you are just as beautiful as she was. Hopefully someone writes one. It's uncanny the resemblance. You sure your not secretly Elvis's granddaughter? That would be a great role with your looks and skills that I would love to see. But anyway as your neighbor here in Michigan we love your work!

Havent seen a character like Octavia since Beatrix Kiddo. Her character development & arc of transformation are so central to the story line & she owns every scene she's in. I just discovered this show 4 days ago on Netflix & just finished binge watching all 6 seasons. It took 3 days. Never done anything like that before in my whole life. There's never been a post apocalyptic nuke show/movie like this before either. "Lord of the Flies" on quantum steroids. Twists & turns galore. Morality conundrums abound. Feminism, LGBTQ, BLM, religion, & extremely convoluted treachery, subtly challenge our societal perception of humanity in a dystopic future, as the web of subplots unfold. With Indra's help, Octavia becomes the bridge/glue between the worlds. #1 Badass, award winning scene queen, on a primetime network TV series right now - no doubt! "The 100" reinforces my belief that humans are a cancer in this universe - i so hope I'm wrong
