Losing Jade hurt. Losing Ricky would hurt. Losing MJF would CRIPPLE them. All the jumping back and forth stuff is cool but there are certain talent that need to be in place at all times to keep the ship steady. Also how TK balances building 35 & under talent while properly using 40 & over talent is going to very interesting to see as these next years unfold.

Most of the talent in AEW that is being pushed is under 35. Additionally, the average age of AEW's roster is nearly 7 years younger than the average age of WWE's roster.

The balance TK has to maintain to continue being viable MAJOR platform is making sure TV ready stars got room to shine while keeping a strong foothold in the development of the next generation. In the blink of an eye that 7 years younger can turn into 7 years older. And a couple new company bumps and bruises aside TK is doing great so far.

@natehall5627 Yes, I seen her matches. She's not anywhere near terrible, especially for someone fresh off the street 2 years ago. The pieces are there just needs some more polishing if she's serious about maximizing her in ring skills. She also exudes more raw star power than most will ever have and you don't have to be the best wrestler to capitalize on that. That's what Trips sees.

@natehall5627 Ever seen a Hulk Hogan match? If you've only heard about them, watch some of his work sometime. You will very quickly see that in-ring ability does not directly correspond to how well a character can thrive. I mean X-Pac was a better wrestler than Stone Cold Steve Austin. The Ultimate Warrior was worse than Hogan. Cena is no Kenta. Nor is Roman. They're not terrible (mostly) but character has always been the most important part of wrestling and remains so to this day

Mustafa Ali on the indies or in Impact for 6mos/Year would do miracles for himself and his contract value. GYV in NJPW would be great.

Wouldn't mind seeing Drew Mcintyre in AEW.

We shouldn't count out people going to Impact, MLW, NWA, and those kinds of companies as well. Is Impact smaller then AEW? Sure. But, I do think Scott can use some of those guys and gals to the best of their ability because, like Russo but 100X better at booking, he gives almost everyone on the Impact Roster something to do.

But, can they get paid? Fuego del Sol stated that anybody signed to AEW has a minimum $100k a year salary. And I'm pretty sure that I read that AEW pays for travel and accommodations. I'm not saying that I know Impact's money situation. But, from the outside looking in, it would shock me if they could pay even the minimum AEW salary.

Are you serious? No one goes to Impact unless they have to. Gurantee that if they have a choice of WWE, AEW or even New Japan, they won't go to Impact

I'm so down for a Drew Galloway run in AEW.

Wardlow & Starks, 2 of the biggest fear I've that they might jump especially they're team cody & cody loves to Tell Lies & he definitely has taught His students that!!

Sheamus is definitely on his way out. Look at how they’ve pivoted the brawling brutes into Butch’s team.

The rumble this year could be interesting in regards to surprises.

Ricky starks to WWE sounds 100% healthy for both parties. Shamus wont leave WWE nor will they leave him. would be a dream for AeW tho. QT can come to WWE if he pulls out the santino marello snake glove. Drew + Shamus in a 1 group tag team debut would blow the top off the wrestling would. Drew is more likely to leave than Shamus IMO. AeW fed MJF soooo much screen time for merch $$$$ he aint going to WWE. Ziggler is a 95% chance to show up in AeW but is it with his brother or not?

I highly doubt QT Marshall would jump and it's not because of contract. It's because I thought Tony Khan wanted him to be 1 of the first members to join AEW in the first place to be setup as a trainer along with Bryan Danielson who'd join later.

Mjf going to wwe would be the biggest mistake in his life. Even bigger mistake than getting married. Wwe under trips or vkm has no balls or brains to properly use a talent like mjf. AND wwe is pg mjf would have only fit into attitude Era. Now that wwe is limp wristed pussified kiddy wrestling, mjf would not even be a mid, wrestling and losing to ziggler, miz, brooklyn brawler, barry horowitz type wrestlers

I hope Punk goes back to WWE. HHH has creative control, he can give Punk a Stardust level gimmick and just make his life miserable.

Kevin Owens I couldn't come up with a tag team from WWE to jump ship, but the idea of Woods going over there inticed me more. (I don't see it happening, but would be cool to see.) Hangman probably wouldn't jump either, but of The Elite members, he'd be the most likely one to do it.

Ain't nobody signing Punk. I'm on the fence about Starks. If it's just about him wanting to be in WWE, then obviously he'll go. If it's about being important in his chosen company, I don't think that he'll be presented better or as more important in WWE. In AEW he has the potential to be at the top. In WWE, it would take an LA Knight fluke type situation for him to be anywhere other than where he already is in AEW. I don't think that QT will do it because he has commented previously how much he likes wrestling. And dreamed of being a wrestling star. He won't get the chance to wrestle in WWE or go wrestle for other promotions like he is doing now. So, that is the longest of long shots on this entire list for me. MJF already signed a long-term extension. He'll have to show up in WWE for me to think any differently.
