@@diogamest3545 it gives me the feeling that it was designed with purpose and theming and mood in mind. this "better menu" takes away from all the theming and feel from the menu. at that point, they might as well redesign every character and item and enemy as a box that tells you exactly what it does.

Yeah.) If anything I'd recommend the fnafb Complete Collection that's an official remaster to every game in one! It's made to be more fair

-potential glitches if mods conflict (though the community is generally on top of making sure stuff is generally compatible, or mentioning what mods break each other) -bigger content mods can sometimes cause lag or framerate drops (mainly something like Fiend Folio depending on the PC) -if you don't have a lot of progress/knowledge of Isaac, mods can be seen as "cheating" or straying too far from the intended experience (but if you already have every path unlocked/have seen most of what the game has to offer, it's fair game I think)

there is a way but you will loose cloud save so idk if its worth it, its like an anticheat thing i guess ? because mods cna allow you to destroy the game easily, you need to put the value of "steamcloud to 0" in option.ini in isaac save folder

you need to win at least one run (or just defeat Mom) for mods to not block achievements

You need to download the steam workshop mod but without the game it’s hard, there is plenty of website that put steam mods as backup, download them and unzi them in the « mods » folder in the game files if there is no mods folder just create it, i also made a backup of my own mod for that case so,

"better character menu" is mid. "eyeguy's character portraits" is a lot better mod and keeps the vibe
