When you think badass motorcycle clubs, it's only the outlaw motorcycle clubs that come to mind, the ones that don’t follow the rules and regulations of the American Motorcycle Association. These motorcycle clubs not only live by their own rules and regulations, but they also follow their diktats pretty strictly, and any rule-breaking can lead to even long-time members getting evicted.
The rules mostly are never fair, but that doesn’t stop the motorcycle club’s enforcers from making sure that they are followed to the tee. For an outlaw motorcycle club, the club is usually priority number one, and members are expected to adhere to rules, even if they go against the law. Then again, they do promise a lifetime of brotherhood, and a place to be, no matter who you are and what you may have done.

I lived in So Cal.most of my life. I used to have a license plate frame that ID’ed me as a L.A. County Sheriff. I never had a ticket on my motorcycle. On one of the freeway’s, I would encounter a colors wearing Vago. He would buzz by me about 2” from my handlebars. My cruising speed was 80mph. The guy would pass me like I was standing still. I often wondered what the guy would say if I told him I wasn’t a LEO, but used the frame to keep me from getting a ticket……..
Well whether the baddest or not... Galloping Gooses have the coolest patch!
The first time I ever seen a Hells Angels member was in Alaska going from Anchorage to Fairbanks he went by so fast that I could barely see the death head. But what was weird he was alone! By the time I time I got to fuel point he had already eaten and filled up! All I could do was A thumbs up, and he gave one back! Much respect! This was the 80s!

Badass? maybe, Bad? yes. I've been riding most of my life and I stay away from these guys. When I was young I didn't and it was scary. They hurt people for no reason. Sometimes even their own members.

As of last few day, every time I see a club on Harley's all I will think about is The Black Widows from any which way you can. Just paint rainbows on em already.

Very pathetic.
I got invited to go to a 81 support club bar/club house by a member. I wanted to go but I didn’t and the biggest reason was that if I got disrespected by someone and felt I needed to fight I had to ask permission. Even if I was told yes Cuz this guy wasn’t wearing a cut it could have Been a work and they may have fucked me up anyway Cuz they would have known that guy and not really me. MCs are cool no doubt and don’t just be a coward and afraid of these guys for no reason. That being said don’t cross them and keep your head on a swivel

I use to know a President of the Hells Lovers Chicago Chapter. He respected me as Law Enforcement and even invited me to their Clubhouse. This was back in the late 90s early 2000s. This was a hard-core group of bikers. Very hard-core!

Because they are a club, they own property and real estate usually under the club name. And because not all motorcycle clubs commit crime. Some do some dont.

We're not all criminals, but I suppose you watch a lot of TV and believe what you see. Also, like myself and many others, we're veterans and love the country and we're part of the community we live and work in.
